A 3 inch stackpipe was completely broken at a hard to reach floor joist. The stack drained water from 2 tubs, 2 sink and 2 toilets, so there alot of water leaking in our basement. I jerryrigged a temporary pan and funnel system to collect the water into a plastic container. Cantrell Plumbing was recommended by a outside drainage company that did not do that type of interior repair. The two Cantrell repairmen did a great job in replacing the stackpipe joint. Also, they cleaned up thoroughly. And the price was very fair, given the tricky location of the replaced part.

A+++++++ Mark Cantrell Plumbing saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I first contacted EcoPlumbers who said I'd need to break out lots of walls/ceiling and replace the whole 4 inch pipe. Two plumbers for two full days. Cost: $6,700 flat fee. I almost lost it! Ridiculous. I called Mark Cantrell Plumbing and their estimator said that the full job above, with two guys for two days, would be $2,300. Much more reasonable. More importantly, they said they would bill hourly and only charge for the work that needed done. Long story short, lead plumber Steve called me three hours after he arrived and said the job was done! Total cost: $597. These guys are fairly priced and only do the work that needs to be done. I will DEFINITELY call them next time I have plumbing needs.
Description of Work: I had a 2nd story pipe leaking into my kitchen.

Great Job! Mark was very friendly and professional. He did a great job keeping us informed about what he was doing and showed up on time. He brought a welcome sense of urgency to the work knowing that we needed the problem fixed quickly. The installation was very nicely done. Based on the quality of the work it is evident that Mark cares about doing a great job for his customers. While dealing with a failing hot water tank was not much fun, I'm very glad it got us in contact with a solid reliable professional I can rely on for future plumbing work.
Description of Work: Mark came out to replace a leaking hot water tank. He was referred by our home warranty policy.
