+ -1 moreI scheduled them and 15 mins before they were supposed to show up I get a call from the office that the technician had a family emergency and they would have to reschedule. So a month later I called them and make another scheduled appointment and paid the required fee over the phone to hold my appointment and took another day off of work and wouldn't you know it 20 minutes before the appointment I get a phone call again from the office stating that the technician had another family emergency and they would have to reschedule. So once again I took another day off for this company to show up and they never showed up. I would not recommend Johnstown appliance repair company to my worst enemy.
