Description of Work: THEIR REPRESENTATIVE , DALE JAGGER, WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND TOOK ME ON A TOUR AROUND THE HOUSE SO THAT WE BOTH KNEW WHAT WAS BEING DONE AND WHAT WAS NOT. I DID NOT ACCEPT THE BID, AS IT WAS QUITE HIGH, BUT BELIEVE THAT CREDIT IS DUE FOR THE BIDDING PROCESS.

Description of Work: PAINTED WALLS AND CEILING OF GREAT ROOM, HALL, MASTER BEDROOM. FOUND LARGE PAINT SPOT ON NEW CARPET NOT CLEANED UP WELL AND ADDITIONAL PAINT SPOTS IN OTHER AREAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL. THEY LEFT WET RAGS ON WOODWORK WHEN THEY LEFT AT THE END OF THE DAY. BY THE TIME WE SAW THEM AND MOVED THEM THE RAGS HAD LEFT LARGE WHITE SPOTS IN THE FINISH. PAINTERS CLAIMED THAT IT WAS JUST WATER AND THAT WATER SHOULDN''T HAVE SPOTTED THE WOOD. THEY DID TRY TO REPAIR IT BUT IF YOU KNOW WHERE TO LOOK YOU CAN STILL SEE THE DAMAGE. THEY CLEANED THEIR BRUSHES OUT IN OUR KITCHEN SINK EVEN AFTER I ASKED THEM TO USE THE UTILITY ROOM NOT 15 FEET AWAY. FOUND DIRT AND PAINT SPRAY ON COUNTERS AND FURNITURE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
