Very pleased with the overall job. Casey and Dennis were friendly and competent. They completed the job in a reasonable time and were always ready to answer questions and provide information when asked.

Dale Jagger came, took a look at the outside of the house, left and mailed the estimate to us. I would have rather known right then and there the price, for comparison purposes. He was a little on the higher end of the 5 companies that did estimates.

They were very neat in their work and in cleaning up after themselves. I am very happy with the paint job. They also replaced the rotted pieces of wood and were careful not to disrupt my new roof on the shed.

Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. We have extensive landscaping around the house and care was taken to prevent any damage. Cost seemed a little high, but the workmanship was excellent.

Integrity's estimate was quite a lot higher than other companies we tried, but they were the only ones who would agree to doing the repairs in a proper fashion. The repairs were messy, but the crew did its best to confine the mess and were very neat in their painting. This is the second time we have used Integrity (first time was for interior and exterior painting in 2000), and we will certainly call on them in the future.

The crew was polite and friendly. They showed up on time each day. The price was very reasonable, considering all of the work that was done, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. As a result of this paint job, we were able to put the house on the market and got a solid offer the first day it was shown. My neighbors also want the name of the painting contractor.

This is the second time I've used them. They've been great both times. They also left the premises spotless... they even vacuumed! All around an excellent job.

Dale Jagger was prompt, very friendly. I believe that ''integrity'' is an apt name. Price was more than I wanted to pay, but competitive for the market.

The owner and painters are all a pleasure to work with. They are an experienced and service-orientated company. They were prompt, meticulous, clean, courteous. Their workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with the result and will definitely use them again. They are not cheap, but we got what we paid for.

After meeting with Dale I was confident that Integrity would have given us the best service. Dale was very detailed and professional. Of the three companies we had give us estimates Integrity was considerably higher than the other two by approximately $2,000.00 dollars. If I were willing to spend more however I would definitely use Integrity.

They was a large crew. They were clean, and they really tried to protect the bushes and landscaping, unlike the roofer we had.

Dale Jagger was on time for an appointment for an estimate. He explained the entire process to me. He was going to be able to schedule my painting before my deadline. He provided me with a list of Central Ohio references during this appointment which I appreciated.

OUTSIDE OF PRICE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

THEY PAINTED IN ONE DAY AND CLEANED UP WELL, DOING A VERY NICE JOB. ONCE WE ARRANGED FOR THEM TO DO THE JOB, I HAD TO GIVE THEM SEVERAL CALLS TO GET THE WORK STARTED BEFORE WINTER.

GOOD WORK. RESPONSIVE. CLEANED UP. CREW OF THREE GUYS CAME AND KEPT AT IT FOR LONG HOURS (WORKED WEEKENDS). THEY HAD SAID THEY COULDN'T DO IT UNTIL SPRING, BUT HAD AN OPENING AND FIT US IN. THE SUPERVISOR CHECKED WITH ME AT LEAST THREE TIMES DURING THE WORK TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

Came extra early to start since I normally leave before they usually begin for the day. Were very conscientious about clean up and caused no damage inside my home as they moved through to paint. Did forget one small section of wall upstairs by loft that needed 2nd coat; would've been easy to miss. Otherwise, excellent job, well done; would recommend to others. Very pleased.

Sean, the crew leader, was very professional & thorough. The whole crew was neat & polite. Dale, the owner, was responsive to questions. They did exactly what was commissioned & a little extra (the basement window wells, which had not been discussed). We are very pleased with the job they did.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE! THEY DID SQUEEZE ME IN RIGHT BEFORE THE WINTER, AND WERE NOT ABLE TO PAINT THE WOOD BUT WILL BE BACK TO DO SO IN THE SPRING.

INTEGRITY DID A GREAT JOB. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. THEY LISTENED CAREFULLY TO ANY PLANS WE HAD. THE DETAILING WAS DONE QUITE WELL. OUR NEIGHBORS WERE REALLY IMPRESSED AS WE WERE WITH THE JOB. ONE NEIGHBOR IS ALSO USING INTEGRITY. THERE WILL BE THREE HOUSES PAINTED BY DALE AND HIS CREWS ON OUR BLOCK WITH A FOURTH NEIGHBOR INTERESTED.
