The experience was very good overall. The crew that came to the house was very professional and did not disturb the landscaping surrounding the house. They used Sherwin Williams paint and used an existing paint chip to match the color. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of painting services.

They were extremely fair and they were, prompt, and professional.

It took about 3 weeks to get the work completed, but it was done in a very efficient manner and we were able to be open the entire time they were working. There was only one short incident for about 1/2 hour while they had to use a very strong primer since the regular stuff didn't work well. The workers were pretty professional and did a great job with all they had to do. Cost was more than other quotes I obtained, but it was worth it to get it done in such an efficient professional manner. The owner stopped out a few times to check on the progress and see if there were any problems. Any issues I had or areas that I felt needed a touch up were done as soon as possible. Biggest item was that no payment was due until the job was completed. Most other companies wanted a big part of the contract up front before any work was done.

They hung the shutters as well as painting them. They did a very good job!

We received 3 quotes and Integrity's was right in line with the others. I was impressed by the professionalism of their process. Dale warned us that it would take a few months (and it did!), but it was worth the wait. One warning: Once they move, it's quick. We were only given a few days notice (which was fine). I was told that the team would be out at the end of last week to do the trim and by the end of the day all of the painting; the ENTIRE job was finished. There were no less than 7-10 guys working on the house simultaneously. They were extremely polite and even helped me put up my address sign. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend this company for their excellent work and their response to any questions or concerns. When I would call to find out where we were on the list they quickly returned my calls and gave me updates. When they started the work the crew that arrived were very polite, knowledgeable and considerate. They always cleaned up after each day of work and kept us informed about their progress. They did a great job! The house looks great!

Barney and Jim were respectful and good to work with. Other painters who came on the job caused trouble and messes (one left brown paint drips down the white inside of the overhead garage doors). White caulk was used on brown/gray stucco and wood, causing problems with coverage. Door frames were not properly prepared and the paint applied began to peel off within a half hour. Dale (owner) told me it was my fault for not telling him how I wanted the surface prepared! I told him that I expected the "professional" to know what had to be done to achieve a good outcome. He was angry and oppressive that day and I began to notice that he had a negative affect on the worker's morale when he came to the site. He was pressuring them to hurry. I wanted a good paint job. Barney and Jim were very good about touching up missed areas and re-doing the spots (including the peeling door frames) that did not turn out well at first. It was very stressful, but Barney and Jim did a good job.

The interior work was done immediately following an exterior paint job by this company, with Barney and Jim doing all the inside painting. They were easy to have in my home and respectful of our property. The work went well until nearing the end when they were pressured to hurry to finish up and get to the next job. The last day was extremely stressful. I was concerned that they be able to touch up any problem areas, and they were trying to hurry to please their boss. After they had left I was cleaning the great room and found paint drips (that had not been there the day before) on a cellular blind. I contacted the blind company and was told that the paint could not be removed. Barney came back and attempted to remove the paint, but the solvent caused further damage. A replacement blind has been ordered and the cost was deducted from the total payment. I honestly do not think this would have happened if the painters hadn't been working under such pressure that last day.

Excellent. Mr. Jagger arrived on time to the appointment and rendered an estimate promptly. The painters arrived promptly every morning and worked very quietly. The painters(Barney was the one I remember) were extremely professional in their work and their communication with me. They took extra care to keep the paint off the shrubs and areas that weren't to be painted. They applied a solid coat of paint on the exterior stucco as contracted. I would definitely contact them again for painting services.

They are reliable and they also stick to their estimate exactly. They are also coming this month to paint the exterior of the home.

Quality of the work was excellent. However, communication with us regarding the start of the job did not happen as expected. In addition, the coordination with the gutter company was not as smooth as promised. The paint colors were communicated during the bid process but were not determined until after the crew began the job. The crew did an excellent job, made very little mess and cleaned up everything before leaving. They did everything they could to satisfy us.

Professional in giving estimate. They did the work in 4 days. They painted the trim on our house and did a good job.

I received 3 quotes. I choose Dale because he seemed knowledgeable and the Angie's List reports were very good. Job was quoted the first of April 2007 and scheduled "sometime" the end of June. I called a couple of times in June but couldn't get a tentative date. On 6/26, Dale said he could tentatively schedule July 17th. On 6/28 he said they could start on 6/30. A two man crew power washed the house on 6/30, scraped and prepped on 7/2. July 3rd was holiday, 7/4 it rained for 1.5 hours in the am, so they went home and did not come back. They couldn't work Friday due to worker attending a funeral so they worked Sat. I wanted a gloss finish on the aluminum siding but Dale recommended satin finish. I agreed with him. However, when the men painted the house, they used the gloss. I had to tell them we wanted the satin. Second coat was satin. Once the job was finished, I had to call and have them come back and touch up the trim around the windows and clean up where it looked sloppy.

Responded promptly and showed up for appointment on time. Appeared very professional but reserved. Gave written bid which was higher than other estimates, but included two coats of paint versus one.

I contacted the owner of the company who originally gave me the estimate. I told him what had happened. He told me that as soon as weather permitted he would send someone out to remedy the situation. I have called 2-3 times and they keep putting me off. Today I called again and they told me "in 10 days". I am tired of this mess! Update: I received a call from the president of the company today (11/13/07) wanting me to change my ratings b/c I was keeping them from getting the Super Service Award. The real problem I had with this company was their lack of response. He agreed to re-do the job (which turned out fine in the end) but only when I had posted my ratings on Angie's List. I had initially given them all F's but since they did come out to complete the work I reconsidered my grades. I would not recommend this company nor use them again due to the owner's attitude during my experience with them. In my opinion his attitude was the real problem.

It was wonderful to have the estimate handed to me in writing at the time Dale came out to assess the work. I really appreciated this responsiveness. The crew of Casey and Blake worked for about 9 days to get the job done. They were extremely considerate and cleaned up every evening before leaving. The quality of painting was superb and we are very pleased with the outcome. I also, very much, appreciated that Casey and Blake were decent people. Friendly and very responsive to my needs. Our dog misses them both!

They waited one month after agreeing to contract before we were ready for them. They were very willing to accommodate our schedule. First day met them at appointed time leaving them a spare house key with instructions. Entire job took four days but each night left rooms without paint cans and equipment. I considered that to be a nice touch. Bathroom damaged wall looked like new at the end of three days. Painting detail in bathroom was superb. Bedroom was well done with small hole and dents removed. Furniture was put back in place just as it was when they started. Finished exactly when they said they would and the contracted price was my price to be paid after the job.

Integrity Painting Owner Dale Jagger prepared the estimate and was very pleasant and thorough. He gave me several options, a reference list and proof of insurance. The price was reasonable. They were able to do the work within two weeks of the estimate. It took two days, one for prep, the other for painting. The job was well done.

Dale and his team did a great job from start to finish. Dale was very professional, low-key but very knowledgeable, and yes the word "integrity" does come to mind. The work was done in late fall when weather was becoming an issue, but because they were working inside as well as out they were able to work very efficiently and got the job done pretty quickly (focusing on the inside on the really rainy days). The guys were really hard workers, taking very few breaks, arriving when they said they would. They were quite meticulous, cleaning up as they went (stripping wallpaper is a dirty job!), and we were very pleased with the job they did. We had initially hired them to prep the interior walls only, thinking we would do the painting ourselves. But in the end, seeing what a great job they were doing (and realizing it would probably take us the rest of the winter to do what they could do in 2 days!), we asked them to come back and do the painting, too. A great decision!

Dale always shows up promptly as scheduled and provides estimates quickly. The company has always been good about keeping us up to date on when our work will be done (they usually have a waiting list). The painters are friendly and courteous and also show up on time. Each day, they cleaned thoroughly before leaving. They did a great job with a lot of attention to detail. We were very happy with the work and will definitely be using them again this summer for exterior work.

Dale was very professional and provided me with a timely and fair quote. It was hard for me to accept that they were not able to give me a timeframe for starting the work, but I guess it is better to work with a company that is busy. So that was something I had to deal with! I called on a Monday to check the status of where I was in the queue and was told they wanted to start the next day. They ended up beginning on the Wednesday and finishing most of the work by Friday. Touch ups were done on Monday and Tuesday of the following week. The 2 painters were extremely polite and very communicative; it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Their attention to detail was fantastic; I don't think that could get any better. Edge lines are virtually perfect, something I never thought I would find in a painter. I highly recommend this service. A+++

Our experience with Integrity Painting was wonderful from start to finish. Dale first came out to give us an estimate and I was so impressed with him. I canceled all my other appts. to come out that week. I asked him if I could have the job done before Christmas because of family coming and it was done. Michelle that schedules. All the appts. was great also, she returned all my calls in a timely manner & very polite. The two painters, Casey and Blake were wonderful and can not say enough about the great job they did. They work so well together. They showed up everyday on time and started working the minute they walked in the door. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up everyday before they left and made sure I was happy with the job. My husband had a few things he wanted them to do the last day of the job. They did it without any problems. They also made sure everything was covered in the house, so there would not be any messes. We will be using this company again.

The only glitch was that the original color I selected (yellow) is not a good ''keeper'' in desperation, I selected one that I didn't REALLY want. The family persuaded me to go find the yellow I wanted, which I did, and although I received a credit for the paint the company would have supplied, it did cost us a good deal extra. However, I admit that the fault was mine. The crew were all wonderful, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They were very careful not to leave the windows and doors open more than was absolutely necessary.
