Integrity conveniently estimated the job and had a phone contact to cover questions. They provided a detailed quote and timing. I did all the pre-work by the phone! They sent an instruction pack with the estimated start date about 10 days ahead. A crew came out and power washed the house. A few days later 4 painters came out and did a great job scraping the remaining chips off. They masked things well and then did a thorough paint job. The crew was courteous and open to questions as they did the job. I will hire them again.

I wouldn't have them back. I did not feel that they really did the best job that they could. They could have done a lot better job. The work and the way it was done was not top notch.

They did a very nice job overall, but I think they need to spend a little more time on detail work. They had some drops of paint on the deck.

Dale is easy to work with. The estimates are always right on target and they are a real privilege to work with. Dale is very professional and always has great follow-up.

I would have gone with them but I decided to save some money and do the work myself. I have used them before and they do good work.

They were responsive. They were on time. They did an outstanding job and they were very professional. They were a pleasure to work with. I felt the price was reasonable for the work they did. They weren't the least expensive, but they were worth every penny.

They painted the outside of my house.

They had to do some special wood orders because of the age of the wood.

They did a good job and got things done quickly. They stuck to their bid. They were o.k. people to have in the house. One guy did most of the work. One painter only did one room and his work was not as good.

I was very impressed that the owner came out with the estimate. He told me he didn't have the personal staff available to do it, but he said he would stand by this subcontractor. The subcontractor came out and did it, but it didn't look good. When I called Integrity to tell them about it, the owner came out and saw that it didn't look good, so he called the contractor again. The contractor came back out and made it look better, but still not great.

I found the owner, Dale, was honest, very friendly and hands on. I felt they were hard working. They were on time and I don't recall any glitches. They were good about cleaning up after themselves. It took two or three days to do the work. I am satisfied.

They did a fantastic job! They cleaned as a they painted, and I would hire them again in a minute. They just did an outstanding job--I can't say enough how good they were, and the rooms they painted are now focal points in our home.

Communication (from Michelle in the office) was excellent. She took care of our questions, returned calls promptly, and was always pleasant and professional. We had to use a particular brand and color of paint to meet our condo rules and had a May 1st deadline. Even though Integrity was very busy, they did their best to work with us to meet that deadline. We would not hesitate to hire them again and will recommend them to others in our condo complex for their painting needs. Very professional and caring.

Dale responded quickly to my phone call for an estimate. We scheduled a time & day to meet & he arrived promptly. When I decided to have the work done, the crew arrived on time and the work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I have used this firm in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them. As always with this company, it was a job well done.

Very pleased! They painted one room and we disliked the color and they repainted it. Everything was clean when they left. We have no complaints! They were easy to work up and showed up when promised.

Dale came and spent about 1/2 hour listening to what we wanted to have done and then provided a written estimate. I had already read the reports from Angie's List so I was very comfortable accepting his bid. The two young men arrived on time, were very capable painters and pleasant to be around. It took them the 5 days that Dale had estimated. We have lived in our home for over 30 years and have had many painters-none took the time to prep the walls as this company did. Consequently, the job turned out perfect.

This was done from early December through mid-January. There was some bad weather, but they were always here on time and I felt good about having them in my home. Barney, their supervisor, did a great job as did his workers. They worked with me at all times and I have no problems with them or their work. The owner was here at least once a week to check on the progress and always answered my phone calls. We could discuss everything with him. They took great care during the work and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them. I originally scheduled only a few of the rooms to be done, but after I saw the quality of their work I added extra work for the additional rooms. They were very accommodating to this addition and to my needs.

Absolutely wonderful. They were on time, very neat and did an outstanding job even though working with a difficult product. I could not believe how fast they were. Very professional, easy to communicate with. They did a wonderful job protecting items in the basement, taping and cleaning up. They were a pleasure to work with.

I called Integrity in the am & Dale arrived in the pm of the same day to give an estimate. He provided 3 estimates so I could keep within my budget. I was impressed with Dale's professionalism and hired Integrity to perform all of the work. Work began the same week. Dale introduced me to Mike, the foreman, and the crew on the first day. Mike managed the work very well and he and the crew were professional, friendly and polite. At the end of each day, anything moved out of the way was put back in it's location and everything was cleaned up. Hard-working crew! I changed my mind and asked for extras often (remove med. cabinet, add stripe in each bathroom, etc.) - Mike always happily obliged. When bathroom flooring was installed all baseboards were removed; the initial estimate only included replacing baseboards where the vanities had been; Dale graciously agreed to replace all baseboards and install 1/4 round even though this isn't a service they offer. Extremely positive experience!

They were very good. We are going to use them for more painting soon. He used Ralph Lauren paint that was included in the price.

Overall they did a good job. They were also able to match the paint and also cleaned up after they completed the job. Once they found out what we wanted, they went above and beyond.

They were excellent. They were very patient (we add more to the contract as work was going on), attention to detail and they were very clean. Everyday they would quit working and clean up their mess and vacuum.

They've done the exterior of my house twice. I trust them completely.
