I think I was satisfied. Once, I thought I misunderstood something about them painting one portion, but he came out that day and discussed it. There were 2 guys that came out and did the work and they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Their quotes were the same as everyone else and less than one. I will use them again because I might need to use them again.

They did a very nice job. There was a small issue and they were johnny on the spot about getting it taken care of. I give them a high recommendation.

They were professional and they did quality work. They provided the service that they told me that they would do. I would continue to use them again in future.

Quoting process and responsiveness was quite good. Lead time to begin was very long (about 8 weeks!) which I accepted. Actual work performed was very good with no surprises.

Overally, the bid process went very well.

I used Integrity once in the past to paint a couple of ceilings. This was the first time I used them for such extensive work. The owner, Dale, is very prompt and curtious and thorough. The painters were reliable and showed-up early and cleaned-up each day. The price was reasonable.

They are very professional, always on time, and did a fabulous job with the painting.

They were very professional and organized. They are well known for great work, but were too expensive. I would not consider them in the future because of their higher price.

Their estimate was equal to others. The procedure was comparable as well. The estimate was within $200 of the other estimate. They were very professional in their presentation.

Dale was very helpful during the estimate. He saw flaws and made suggestions to correct them. He was available to start the project the very next day. The condo looks gorgeous. The paint job is impeccable.

Overall the job went very well. One of the guys from the 2 man team has been to our house before. They are very professional, hardworking and pleasant to have in your home. They know what they are doing. We were very pleased with the results. The only issues we had were with communication with scheduling. When we signed the contract we were told our job would start in about 2 weeks but it ended up being about a month. Fortunately, we were flexible. I had to call the company a few times to find out what was going on. I felt like they should have been calling me. The other issue is a cold air return was caulked in place and was painted. I wanted a white one put back on. The painters did not want to remove it because they stated it sometime does more damage when they remove it. This wasn't communicated to me until the very end when I asked when they were going to take it down. After they left I took it down, did the necessary minor repair work and replaced the return with a new white one, but had to do some more painting. I felt they should have communicated this with me from the start. Both of these were minor to the whole job, but were inconvenient.

They did a great job. They did what I needed them to do, were here when they said they would be and that was that!!

They were always very polite, worked everyday weather permitting and easy to communicated with. Quality of work appears to be very good but will need more time to evaluate.

Price was competitive to another estimate but a bit higher. The other company could get to the work sooner. They came on time and were very professional.

Excellent! I have used Integrity Painting before, for a home exterior paint job. I'm a repeat customer because of 1. Dale Jagger's professionalism and work ethic, 2. the quality and talent of the people he hires and has on the job, 3. their follow up, and 4. pricing. Also, a special "thank you" for the two gentleman who did the painting - they were professional and did a really nice job. Michael went above and beyond, on the last day of the job. I pointed out an area that was missed - Michael re-painted the area as he was coming over to retrieve a ladder - he did not have on his painting clothes, but wanted to take care of this ASAP! So, he got up on the ladder and painted the area, in spite of not being appropriately dressed for it! This type of 'above and beyond' says a lot about the company and who they hire. Thanks again Michael!

After having window trim pieces replaced, I had Integrity Painting paint the trim on those windows. Also, they examined the rest of the trim on our house and painted those areas which needed repainting. Lastly, they painted our front door. I have used Integrity before and never hesitate to use them again. Their work is always high quality. The painters do excellent work and are courteous.

There were initially some communication problems, so the work didn't get started for several months. I felt they blamed the communication problems fully on me, instead of at least sharing the blame. The painters were very polite and professional. After the painting was done, I had them come back to give another coat to some walls and smooth out some areas. They did that quickly and tried to accommodate my schedule.

Dale came in and gave me an estimate for the job and since I had used him before decided to give them the job. They came 2 weeks later and were very professional, courteous and punctual. They taped everything off which took the most time, patched and sanded everything they thought needed it and proceeded to paint. They gave my walls 2 coats in the day and 1/2 they were here. They moved all furniture and put it back, removed all tape cleaned up after themselves. I had called them back after the original estimate and asked them to add the kitchen in the original estimate and they were more than happy to do that. All in all another GREAT experience with this company.

Integrity is always very responsive. They always show up when they say they will and call ahead to let us know when they will be on-site. I really appreciate not have to worry all the time about whether or not they will show up, do a good job, and/or finish the job. They are very reliable and do high-quality work.

Great! I hire Integrity Paining every 3 years to keep the exterior of my home in good condition. I had the paint colors all ready to go which really helps the job go smoothly. I called early in the year to ensure I was on the schedule for as soon as the weather would allow. The office called me and let me know when they would be coming. They are very neat and clean up beautifully at the end of each day.

They were efficient, pleasant and did all they promised. Two inside metal windows they painted 2 years ago were peeling and Dale offered to repaint them again at no charge. They stand by their work.

We called Integrity in February and Dale came out promptly to give us an estimate. We knew the timing would depend on the Spring weather, so were not concerned when, after a very wet April and May, they still hadn't shown up. When I called to let them know our June and July vacation schedule, we were able to set up a definite time in July. Once the work started, it was completed very quickly and thoroughly, with their usual dependability, responsibility, and professionalism.

Dale was very nice and obviously takes pride in his work. I'm sure he would have done a good job, but the quote(which was nicely detailed)was too high for us.
