Jason performed the service of painting the walls and he did a fantastic job! He prepped and sanded the bad spots on the walls and the next day he came out and painted 2 coats. He was very neat. Attention to detail was an important part of his plan. I would definitly hire this company again!

We contracted with Integrity Painting based on the attention to detail beginning with our first meeting. Owner Dale Jagger carefully evaluated our request for painting and repairs and explained exactly what they would do for us. We agreed to the job in spite of having a lower estimate because Dale was very thourough and professional, he convinced us that Integrity cared about the work they do. When work began I was very pleased and impressed with the crew headed by Casey, along with Jeremy and Brian (my compliments and thanks to all three). Every detail was addressed with care, I believe our home was painted by people who cared about their craft as opposed to "paintslingers". With a couple weeks to evaluate the work performed I remain very pleased. One additional comment; in a fairly large job requiring 6 days to complete it is not surprising that questions or problems might arise. We had one disagreement or misunderstanding and this instance was handled with the same professionalism as everything else about the job. My thanks to Dale and his first rate crew!

They did the job well, did not get paint on the beams, and cleaned up well upon completion of the work. They protected carpet and furniture well too! I have ceiling to wall fireplace on one wall, and no paint got on it either.

They did an excellent job. We are very happy with them.

As far as the garage, it went well. It was a good experience. They were clean, prompt, and professional. They were respectful of our property. They worked dilligently to remove the paint and did some sanding. As the paint was being removed some of it got onto our brick porch. They attempted to clean it up, but the type of brick was difficult to clean and they were unable to get the paint completely off. The owner worked to find a contractor to come out and clean the brick. We declined that solution and it has since weathered off, which we discussed with the service provider that may occur anyway. Although we were taken back by the paint spots, however we appreciated the owner's dilligence in coming out and working with us to resolve that issue. I would want to stress that the paint spots were very minor to begin with (they were very small).

We were very pleased with their work. The painters were very precise and did a neat job. The work was completed in a timely manner. After the work was done, there was no mess left behind, which was really nice. We were very critical and specific and they didn't complain at all. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

They started work when they said they would, were very punctual and professional, did excellent work and even did a couple of small extra tasks at no extra charge. The final bill came in at exactly their quote. A very positive experience.

Contact person, Dale Jagger, listened well and was on time and professional. However, because of the rainy summer the job was projected to be done several weeks earlier. Painters (2) were professional in behavior. They did spill white paint on dark porch roof and cleaned it up as best they could. Also, left shutters spread out on tarps in front yard for several hot, sunny days which left some yellowing of the grass. I would hire them again because of their earnestness and desire to do a good job.

They were prompt , courteous and professional. Integrity was one of my top 3 vendors of choice, but I went with another vendor because of the price.

He arrived on time, listened to my project constraints, and came up with an estimate in a timely fashion. He offered advice on keeping the cost within my budget, and split the estimate into several sections, so that I could decide to do smaller amounts of work as my budget would allow. Wonderful experience.

I thought it was excellent work. The crew were good people and very easy to work with. The owner showed up several times to see how things were going. They knew what they were doing and were able to answer my questions when i asked them.

I don't remember the price, but it was reasonable. I thought the owner of the company and the person who did the actual painting were very professional and we were very impressed. We were impressed with the documentation they provided in terms of their companies policies. They were also very responsive.

Very professional, on time, quote was ready on the spot, very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell anything (i.e. specific brand of paint, more than X number of coats, etc.), so he was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. But I ended up going with another painting contractor whose quote was a couple hundred dollars less for same 2 areas, so the work was never performed by this contractor. Would get quotes from him again in the future though.

Wish they would have: taken more care of surfaces that were not to be painted (A/C, window screens, roof of bay); cleaned up paint chips from gutters around bay; phoned me if they were not going to be working that day because of the weather. They did a good job of vacuuming paint chips from the ground. They did mask my new replacement windows when they were spray painting. They did an excellent job of matching the old paint color.

It was good. The quality was good. They worked through some bad weather. They went around some bushes and did a decent job of not killing my wife?s bushes and plants.

Everything was excellent. The painters were very helpful and professional. They never complained if I pointed something out to them.

Integrity Painting Ltd is operated by Dale Jagger. They were very professional. They did a very good job. They cleaned up without any problems. They were very prompt and very helpful whenever I asked them any questions about anything they were doing. I did not compare the prices and I don?t have a great deal of knowledge about all the other pricings, but I think that their prices were on the higher side. I will hire them in the future.

This is the fourth time we've used Integrity Painting, and as on the previous occasions, we were very pleased with the work. Dale came to give us an estimate a day or so after I called, e-mailed the estimate promptly, and started work the next week. (We caught them during the slow season just before the outdoor painting season starts.) The crew members, Casey and Joshua, were on time every day, hard-working, professional, extremely neat, and did a wonderful job on everything. They moved all furniture, carefully covered everything, removed pictures from the wall, etc. On the final walk-through there were only a few small drips to clean up, which they did to perfection. They even gave the powder room an extra coat of paint, since the first two coats did not quite cover up some remaining wallpaper paste marks. Trim painting included several sets of built-in bookcases with removable shelves. Integrity is not the cheapest company around, but they are worth it, and we will continue to use them in the future.

SINCE ALL THE ESTIMATES WERE VERY CLOSE AND THE CARE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS WAS SO GREAT, WE CONSULTED GRAND PA(A RETIRED PAINTER )WHO DOSEN'T LIVE NEAR BY. HE INFORMED US THIS WOULD BE HIS GIFT AND HE WOULD USE HIS CREW! IN OUR FAMILY YOU DON'T ARGUE WITH GRANDPA.I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A WHOLE PAGE ALREADY

Overall I thought it was just OK. The work was fine, there were just a couple of spots where the paint touched the ceiling. What bothered me though was they didn't touch up those spots and they used my bathtub to clean their paintbrushes etc. The paint was mostly beige/off white and the textured bottom of my tub looks dirty. I keep scrubbing at it and the paint is just stuck in there. If they hadn't done that, they would have gotten an A on everything.

They cleaned up everyday when they left. The owner came with the painters the first day to and also the middle of the job to make sure everyone was on the same page. The owner also came after the job was completed to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. Wonderful follow up . The painters were polite and I was extremely satisfied with the job.

They did a good job. Their price was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. We told them to redo things the way we wanted them to. They took a lot of time as it was an old house. they helped us figure out how to do the things.
