They did a good job and the workers were good. The paint did not match exactly but that was really not their fault.

Dale and his team did a great job. They were very neat and clean. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing painting done. I am actually hiring them back to do our family room.

I can not say enough good things about what a wonderful company this is. After getting 3 bids (all researched on Angie's list) we chose Integrity. The owner, Dale Jagger came out, listened to everything we wanted and gave us the bid which turned out to be the best one. He stayed in contact with us the whole time, keeping us informed on when the job would begin, guiding us on picking out paint, and making stops to check on his painters. There were 2 painters who did the job and they were, hands down, fantastic. We were told they would begin work every morning at 8:30. They arrived every single morning at 8:00 a.m. and used that time to get set up so they would be ready to paint by 8:30. They were professional the whole time they were at our house,hard-working and very kind. They gave us suggestions on little things and also kept us informed on what they were d*** and the time frame. The work they did was flawless. This is a company that stands by its name, INTEGRITY~!

They did an excellent job. They were here on time every day. There was two men, Jeff and another guy. They were both very nice and cleaned up well after themselves. The owner was very prompt in retuning my phone calls and answering my questions. We were rather leery about the paint colors we chose, but they always had us come take a look at the paint color when they first applied it to make sure we approved. They were cooperative and easy to work with. I would use them again in a heart beat.

This was a very professional company to work with. They do paint popcorn ceilings, which others may not do. Painters were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They even installed blinds on the sliding glass door in the den and a curtain rod in the bedroom for me before they left, which they didn't have to do. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

We have used Integrity Painting in the past and have always been pleased. What I love about Dale and his crew is that they always put in the necessary work prior to painting that makes for an excellent outcome. They do not cut corners when it comes to scraping or doing repairs first. Also, we love that Dale does not subcontract out the work. His crew is his crew. And they're always professional, communicative, hard working, and excellent at what they do. I will continue to use them for indoor and outdoor painting projects.

I had started removing wallpaper from my den! It was a mess and needed a professional! And that is exactly what I got with Integrity! I will never paint another room! I have found "My Painters"! Not only did they do my den but I kept going with one bathroom, a kitchen area and dining room wallpaper removal and they painted it all! All walls needed filled in and smoothed before painting. Ceilings too!!! House is 50 years old! Wallpaper had to be late 80's/90's burlap!! Everyday they told us exactly what they were doing and what was coming next. Could not have asked for a more professional pair. They spent about 3 weeks with us, off and on, and every day before they left the place was spotless with their "stuff" in a little corner of an unused area!!! Furniture was moved as they needed and then moved back before they left for the day!!! They also cleaned up my mess!!! Their knowledge of the "painting process" was invaluable. Their suggestions on color were so helpful. There is just something so unique about guys that make this their profession! Perfect, perfect! So I'm thinking maybe Jeremy and Allen will be coming back sometime this summer to do the outside of my house!! But my painting days are over!

This was the finest paint job we have ever had on this old house. Dale Jagger was a pleasure to deal with and did everything he promised, and in the time frame he estimated. The painters were all very nice people, and were skilled at their jobs and very careful to do a great job with minimal mess. They cleaned up each night, stowed their equipment out of sight, and did a fantastic job of minimizing the disruption to our life that such a job can create. The quality of their work was superb, we have had many compliments on how great this place looks now! One day one of the painters noticed that my new truck had suffered some drifted paint droplets on it, even though we thought it was parked in a safe spot. He called Dale, who said for me to get it detailed and he would pay for it, which he did with no hesitation. A couple weeks after the painting we had a window washing company come to do the windows in the house, but they refused after they got here because they were afraid of damaging the old style storm windows. I called Dale and even though it is not one of their usual services he sent two of the painters and they did another great job, with no damage to any windows. We highly recommend Integrity Painting, and will have them back this winter for some interior work! .

In a word , great. Dale Jagger, the president of Integrity Painting, Ltd. was a pleasure to work with and very professional. The painting crew arrived on time, performed the work with great quality and cleaned up before they left every day until the job was completed. The painting crew was quite and very mannered.

Overall, it went smooth and other than weather not cooperating a few times everything went according to plan. The white paint/stain on the trim and porch needed a third coat to look bright enough for our taste and Dale worked with us to make it right. The exterior color we submitted to match was exactly what we were looking for and everything looks great. We love the results. Thanks.

Everything went extremely well. The painters were very polite throughout the entire time on the job. They answered all questions and concerns we had. They did their work in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with everything they did. When we have further work to be done, we will certainly call Integrity Painting.

Found Integrity on Angies List. Responded to our request for an estimate quickly. Initial meeting went smoothly. No pressure and the estimates were in writing for three different approaches that we had discussed. The price was in the range we predicted it would be. The job took time to schedule as we were told they had exterior work scheduled and unless it rained it would be a few weeks to get to us. It obviously did not rain. When they called to schedule a date they arrived on that date and in two days were done.

We were pleased with the response, price, scheduling, and professionalism of the individuals we dealt with. Our main issues are with the quality of the painting. On a positive, the edging between the ceiling and walls was clean and neat which is important to us. Negatively, the caulking and painting wasn't done very neatly and there are multiple spots where you can still see the drywall\old paint through the new paint. The caulking and paint around the vanity didn't seal correctly and within a few weeks pulled away from the wall leaving gaps between the wall and the vanity. It just looks bad. We never contacted them about these issues because we plan to try and remedy this ourselves. I know we didn't spend a fortune for the job but I guess we had certain expectations from such a highly rated company. This is the first company I've rated lower than an A on Angie's list.

It was wonderful. He even suggested doing a wood repair with some other company because it would be more cost-effective. Once the wood repair was completed, he finished the painting. It was the best painting job that I have ever seen. I would definitely use him again if need be.

The work was done very well and was completed on time and I am very pleased with the work of Integrity.

They were very clean. They came in every day with a vacuum cleaner to clean the place. They were pleasant and they were in and out. They let us know when they were going to be here and when they were not. I was very impressed with them. They are the best painter I've ever dealt with.

Top me, I'm not paying for their personality or equipment. I'm paying for the durability of the paint job and I just don't feel the paint job is going to last 2-3 years because of poor preparation. They were good as far as responding and the pricing was very competitive. It was sporadic when they did show up, they might spend 3 hours one day and the next day 5. I definitely wouldn't hire them again. The lower grades are based on the workers who did the job, not the company itself. The paint was peeling and they never sanded it all off. I never contacted Dale which I guess was my fault, it was a bad time to be criticizing workers.

Overall Integrity Painting did a good job. Their price was very competitve for the amount of painting that needed to be done. We had a lot of rain that spring so it delayed the start date of the project. Once the weather cleared, other that one day where we had a miscommunication and no one showed, the Integrity team really worked hard to complete the job in a short amount of time. Overall the quality was good and the house looks great. Minor issue with some paint spilled in yard and one shutter not reattached properly.

I'd hired them before to do interior painting for me and they did such a good job I called on them again. I was not disappointment. They provide a quality service and don't rush. They are very clean-cut and courteous and I was very comfortable having them in and outside of my home. They are not assuming and always careful to ask about options as they arise. They were prompt and sometimes moments early. The end result is beautiful and they clean up beautifully afterward as well.

Although I have no other estimates to compare Integrity's price to, I feel the price was probably fair. The barn had been painted for the first time two years ago, and the paint was peeling badly. The previous contractors obviously did not know how to properly prepare the surface. Dale said they would power wash and scrape the peeling paint off, put a catalyst in the paint to help it adhere to the bare (galvanized steel) metal and paint, and apply a second coat of paint. Dale was honest when I asked him if he could guarantee how long the paint would last if he painted it--he said he could not because of the existing poor condition. I appreciate his honesty, and we have decided to invest the money that would have been spent on another paint job into actually re-skinning the barn with new metal.

I was impressed with all the information and verification that we were provided with at the estimate. That was the main reason we decided to go with them. They were able to get started right away, and weren't in need of a large up front payment. They showed up right on time, and after a quick walk through they jumped in and got to moving the furniture. My wife and I were both at work during the day, so our only interaction with them was in the morning as they were getting started. By the time I got home at about 5 they had moved all of the furniture back (with the exception of the office) and had cleared out for the day. Overall I would say it was a good experience, we would rate it an A-. We are happy with the way everything turned out. There was a bit of miscommunication as a few of the cracks in the ceiling were not able to be repaired as I had thought. They did fix the most egregious of them. It also took a little longer than we had discussed, as they changed which primer they used, or something. They said it would be a 5 day job, and it ended up being 9 days, so almost double the estimate. I probably should have told them that I would rather they not move all of our furniture back and forth each day, that we would be happier to walk around it if they could get done faster, or use that time to clean up a little more at the end. We set up an hourly rate for the wall paper removal with a cap, and even though they said the paper came off easier than expected, we still managed to get near the cap. They were very good about fixing a few spots at the end that I was not happy with. Even though we came in at the high end of the estimate, they provided a nice discount because we used them during the slow time of the year. We are happy with our walls, and have received compliments from family and friends.
