Scheduled an estimate and needed to adjust the time. Left a message the next day and two more the following week. Finally got a voicemail back confirming the changed time. I texted him confirming the time and he texted back, "I am bowing out of bidding on this project." and wished me luck. I will add, the third voicemail message I left for him asked him to supply a good reason why he wasn't returning my calls and why I should do business with him if I can't get a return call. (What if I had had an actual problem with his work, would he call back?) A simple apology would have worked, but clearly that isn't how he does business.

Doug canceled the day of at about 8am when we expected him to be there. I explained that I would have appreciated if he had told me the day before when he first knew he wouldn't be able to make it so I could change my plans and he responded "since you're not the compassionate type, I will bow out now, good luck."

They did an incredible job. My kitchen looks 70 years younger

We have used this company before. They painted our living room, den, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. This time painted our basement. They do a very good job I am very happy with the results. Doug is very nice and respectful. Josie and her crew are the best painters around. Very punctual and respectful. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone I know.
