+ -1 moreDAVE DID THE TUNE-UP OF OUR OIL FURNACE IN NOVEMBER. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, (AS WE REQUESTED), WHEN OUR FURNACE WENT OUT IN MID-JANUARY. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM, (A CARBON BUILD-UP), AT NO CHARGE AND RECOMMENDED A CHIMNEY CLEANING TO AVOID FURTHER PROBLEMS. I'VE USED DAVE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HE'S ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL AND THOROUGH. HE IS ALSO ONE OF THE FEW SERVICE PERSONS STILL AROUND THIS AREA FOR OIL FURNACES.
