Description of Work: WHEN I WAS CALLED BY CUSTOM YARD WORK, THE MAN APPEARED TO BE DISOREIENTED ON THE PHONE. HE MADE ME REPEAT MY NAME AND SPELL IT SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL AS TELL HIM WHAT I WANTED DONE. WHEN HE SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED ON A SAT. AND WENT AROUND MY PROPERTY WITH HIS YOUNG SON RUNNING ALL THROUGH THE NEIGHBORS YARD, I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY. BEFORE I COULD GET OUTSIDE TO TALK TO HIM, HE HAD LEFT HIS CARD IN MY MAILBOX. ON THE CARD HE HAD WRITTEN PLEASE CALL ME BECAUSE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT DONE. I CLEARLY HAD EXPLAINED BED CLEAN UP, MULCH, EDGING AND REMOVAL OF IVY. I DID NOT RETURN HIS CALLS AND WHEN HE CALLED ME, HE STILL DID NOT KNOW MY NAME.
