+ -1 moreI called them out to install an alarm system in my apartment and have a panic button activated for my key ring. Everything was fine with the install but they never installed the panic button. It took 4 different phone calls on my part before he would even return my call. First he said he would drop off the panic button at my Apartments' Managers office, but he didn't. Then he said he would need to personally give it to me and activate it. I don't feel comfortable with them coming out to hand deliver it. They have told me a couple different things and I am uncomfortable. I would like my panic button or I would like to have my money back.
