Gave us a quote for a new garage and garage opener installation. He worked on a Friday and said he would be back on Tuesday. He never showed up on Tuesday and did not call or communicate with us. He came back after we called him a couple of times. He did not initially answer our phone calls. Then he said he could not install the garage door opener after we already paid him. If you use him, do not pay him before he is done. Then, after an inspection, we noticed that the seals for the door were not even installed, let alone the new trim that we were told would be installed. Very disappointed. 

Best price, quality install, fast, friendly, small-business and personal service. Had several bids, and recommend this as best price, quick service, no middle man.

I talked with John Titman the owner of Buckeye Overhead Doors he is very nice, I talked with him on Tuesday and he gave me an estimate, then he set up an appointment the next day on Wednesday had the broken spring on my garage door replaced within 30 minutes, very courteous kind and on time I would highly recommend him. Garage door would not open on a Saturday; discovered a broken torsion spring was the problem. I called 4 places to get an estimate and each place responded with prices ranging from $110 per spring to $400 per spring. They each indicated that the “real estimate” would be given after the door was inspected. In each case, there was a charge for a service call that was waived if work was performed. When I called Buckeye Overhead Doors, the owner answered the phone, and when I told him the problem, he told me the total price to replace both springs over the phone. The springs also included a warranty. I told him "deal" and since he was busy on Saturday, he asked if 8:30am on Sunday would be ok. He arrived at the time scheduled on Sunday and put up with my endless questions for him while he did the work. When the job was completed, I asked him for the total to which he replied the exact amount he had quoted me in the phone; no service call fee, no "emergency" fee, and tax was included in the quote. While I wrote the check, he placed his business sticker on wall near the opener and told me to call if there are any problems going forward. Genuinely a great experience to deal with a professional who knows his craft and who respects his customers (no games!). Can't recommend him more highly. Only regret is that he wasn't my first call!

We obtained garage door replacement estimates from 3 or 4 companies, and to be fair, none of them were outlandish. They were all pretty much in the same ball park. John was easy to deal with, experienced, knowledgable, and prompt in his communication. He was also forthright in describing the current inventory issues this industry is going through, and gave a good estimate of when the door would be available. Once the materials arrived, he set up an installation date within a week. He arrived on time, and absolutely blew through the work in just a few hours. The door works exceedingly well, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, an excellent experience.

When I called, John Titman, the owner of Buckeye Overhead Doors gave me a true price to fix my garage door. He scheduled a time for the following day and arrived on time. He had all of the parts necessary to fix my garage door on his truck and was able to complete the job in about 1 hour. When finished, he loaded the broken parts on his truck so I had nothing to clean up or dispose of. Great guy, did a great job and at a price that was almost half of what another garage door company had quoted.

Called and was here the same day! We'll be using Bucjeye (John) again soon for two new wifi openers to be installed. Perfect all the way around!
