Buckeye Overhead Doors & Openers

My garage broke eventually because of age and let's just say wrongful use. I put bids out with 4 different company's. Buckeye Overhead Doors was the last one I called, and that was fortunate. John was prompt, professional and communicative. John gave a me a 1 hour window for the estimate. Between 10 and 11 am. He showed up at 10 am and had already measured the door and was ready to talk about the job. His value was obvious. The other door companies would only give me 4-6 hr windows for the quote process. He called after I awarded him the job and we set a date and time for the installation He started the job earlier than expected. (He did call first.) I went with John because he was the easiest to deal with, his pricing was very competitive and he was personable. John explained things in a way I was able to understand. You can't go wrong hiring this man and his company.

John was a true pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable, quick to answer questions and did a perfect install. I could not be happier! I would recommend him to anyone who asks. Thank you again sir, much appreciated!

Garage door would not open on a Saturday; discovered a broken torsion spring was the problem. I called 4 places to get an estimate and each place responded with prices ranging from $110 per spring to $400 per spring. They each indicated that the real estimate would be given after the door was inspected. In each case, there was a charge for a service call that was waived if work was performed. When I called Buckeye, the owner answered the phone, and when I told him the problem, he told me the total price to replace both springs over the phone. The springs included a warranty. I told him “deal” and since he was busy on Saturday, he asked if 8:30am on Sunday would be ok. He arrived at the time scheduled on Sunday and put up with my endless questions for him while he did the work. When the job was completed, I asked him for the total to which he replied the exact amount he had quoted me in the phone; no service call fee, no “emergency” fee, and tax was included in the quote. While o wrote the check, he placed a sticker on wall near the opener and told me to call if there are any problems going forward. Genuinely a great experience to deal with a professional who knows his craft and who respects his customers (no games!). Can’t recommend him more highly. Only regret is that he wasn’t my first call!

After our garage door broke, the owner came to see about it just a couple hours after speaking to him on the telephone. He secured it for the time being, then came back three days later and installed a new one for a reasonable price, and it only took about three hours. We liked working with this company and we're happy with the result. Reliable, professional, courteous, good service. Thanks.

Spoke to on Monday and was willing to come that afternoon but already had a commitment so came out Tuesday morning. Fast service, Did the job quickly. Very professional. Would recommend and hire again
