Roger worked with both of our contractor?s during the bid process. Roger was always accessible and supportive of everyone?s requests. Roger was also available to return to our home and support the creation of the final scope of work with our contractor of choice. However, this was not required. Roger?s assessment of our home?s needs was complete and he communicated well with our contractor?s. Roger communicated with our contractor during the repair period and provided a prompt and thorough re-inspection upon completed of the repairs. In summary, Roger provided us with an honest and accurate assessment of home?s sill plate and the scope of repairs required. Roger was accessible during the repair process and provided a prompt re-inspection of our home. Additionally, Roger?s total cost was about ½ of the cost of Engineering Company 1.
