Horribly. Parts of the roof were put on backwards. I had to hire another contractor to replace all of his work. The new contractor was just as bad. New gutters were completely destroyed. Don't hire this man if you don't want a nightmare.

They were fantastic. I highly recommend them to others.

Starting with Chris in Sales and then Kyle the project manager, very happy with the service I received from both of them. Jenny kept me updated on my project start date as we dealt with some rainy days. The crew arrived and completed the project in 1 day. Very happy with the results. My roof is ready for the winter.

With this last storm my roof started leaking. Chris from S&K came right out, assessed the situation and told me it was an easy fix. The next morning as scheduled, they were on my roof fixing the problem. Thank you S&K for the fast, affordable service.

Exceptionally good company. Chris showed up quickly on the morning after our roof was punctured by a tree limb and arranged to have a temporary patch until we could talk to the insurance company and get permanent work done. The temporary patch lasted 2 weeks with no leakage which allowed us to go on an already planned vacation and delay the work on the roof until we returned. Everyone was easy to deal with, the work was done on time and the guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Needing a new roof isn't anyone's first choice of things to do, but it couldn't have been easier!

S&K Construction is a professional organization from start to finish. Their estimate gave me different options and the representative spent the time to help me understand and make an informed decision.

I am very happy with the new roof S&K installed for me. They were very helpful in walking me through my new roof choices and answered all my questions. Not only did they do a great job installing my new roof but they also left my yard in the same manor. Everyone at S&K Construction was very helpful.

S&K Construction did an Outstanding job replacing my roof, gutters, and installing skylights. They were professional throughout the entire process and the price was more than fair plus a warranty that covers everything!!! They cleaned up each day so you never noticed a job was being done until they finished and my house looks amazing!! If you or anyone you know EVER need a roof, gutters, skylights or any other job done give them a chance! You will not regret it!!!

Let me start off by saying I am absolutely floored by the amazing job that S&K roofing has preformed at my residence. I heard about them through convesation with a friend when I started talking about roof and gutters. I was completely lost on where to start. A friend suggested S&K, so I contacted the secretary Jeni. She was extremely professional, friendly, outgoing, and assertive with giving me all the information and details. If she couldn't answer my question, she went to the depths to find the answer for me. After speaking with her, I had the pleasure of speaking with both Sales Reps. Zach and Chris. Again, very professional, friendly, outgoing, assertive, informative, and honest. Once we put everything in motion and on a schedule after going through the fine details of everything I wanted from color of shingles to the gutters, the day came for the team to show up. The project manager Jimmy, was very friendly, driven, and one tract mind of leading his team to see to it that my expectations were me. Let me just say, I was not disappointed. This team work hard, fast and efficiently. I was shocked at how fast the job went. Again another expectation that they blew out of the park. I cant be any happier with the service, the team as a whole, the work ethics, the cost, the final product !!! I highly recommend this company for all your roofing and repairs!! Had them do a complete tear off and reshingle plus rebuild two chimneys. Total job close to $30k. They did the worst job leaving us with a leaking roof and thousands of dollars of damages directly caused by their work. They were incapable of fixing it themselves and now refuse further contact. Please do not use this company, they are have poor business practice and do a good job trying to cover it up. The contract does nothing. PLEASE do your research before considering their services. There are many complaints and active lawsuits against them!

Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous and thorough in their replacement of my roof. From start to finish project leader Mike documented with photos the work being completed and kept me updated and informed. The crew was efficient and very skilled at their craft. Lines of shingles are arrow straight and edges are perfect. This is a quality company for roof replacement and I would recommend them entirely. They will be replacing siding for me and installing gutters as well. I will rate those projects as well when completed.

They installed a flat roof August 2018. In early spring 2019 I found two leaks in my home where they installed the new roof. The ice guard was installed with wrinkles in it and that is damaging the rolled roofing. I have called them a dozen times and they came twice to do a superficial inspection. They did not do a water test and I’ve been in touch with them multiple times since then. They will not come back out, because they “don’t work for free”. They are now no longer returning calls and are ignoring the problem.

Horrible work ethic. Did job in one day. Complete tare off and resheet. Well they thought they were done upon inspection they tore the siding off my front porch left it hanging and they were going to leave it that way until I found it my stack was broken and water was pouring in my home had to call back and come out numerous times ask for the owner to call me and he never did job was way over price for the quality of work done. I would definitely never have them do anything at my house again or refer them to anyone.

We were impressed by S&K Roofing. First, the representatives responded quickly to our contact, kept promised appointments and kept us updated as to their schedule prior to and during installation of the actual roofing material. Installation was on one of the hottest days this year—95 to 97 degrees on the ground. Pictures were shared with us at various points during the day. About 5:30, we received a telephone call that the crew would be cleaning up for the day and would return the next day to finish. Unfortunately, heavy rain and strong winds were in the forecast for that evening. At approximately 8:00 p.m., we checked to see how the roof had been covered in anticipation of the rain; we were expecting to see blue tarp. Instead, the crew members—after working on the roof during an extremely hot day-- were still there! The crew had STAYED to finish the roof! There were just a few things remaining for the next day. Another incident impressed us: A window pane was broken by plywood sheeting that had become a projectile from a sudden gust of wind. We were immediately notified, and within two days the window was repaired. At the same time, a crew replaced deteriorating facia wood and a gutter. The work site was left clean, and we were asked to do an inspection of the yard and work area to make sure that we were satisfied before making payment.

Beware!! He was contracted to build a new pole barn for us. The concrete floor in the pole barn" would not crack even if you parked a semi on it!" They never cured the cement or put stress cracks in it. It cracked from front to back within a week of installation. And from side to side within months. The floor is uneven around the entire perimeter and the surface is so rough it can't be swept clean with a broom. They knew it was to be used as a garage, as the barn before this one was used for. Had to insist that an apron be installed so we could drive our cars and lawn equipment into it. They were instructed to build the pole barn 10-15 feet back further than the old one. They built it 5 feet closer to the house! They wanted to cut down a large tree and when we told them no, they cut a large limb off the tree which was pointing away from the pole barn and was in no way obstructing where they were building. They left a huge boulder right in front of the man door. Step Plate on the inside of door was never secured. When this was pointed out , a piece of wood was shoved under the step plate. Cement splatters on the interior door knob and outside of pole barn. Uneven trim on the pole barn. Multiple nail points protruding inside. They never suggested a remedy for this (insulation, etc). They left nails, debris, garbage on our property. Zach drew up a signed agreement between us all to tear out and replace the pole barn floor but he never made good on it.
