C & J Septic

We called them because the septic alarm in our year-old house was sounding. When we called they answered the phone right away and were able to give us a simple flat rate which was lower than the competition. They scheduled to come out the following morning. They arrived when they said they would and they did the job well. They were honest, letting us know that we probably could have gotten away with letting it go without cleaning for another year. They found that the real problem was not that the septic was overfull but that the pump and alarm were not installed properly. They explained the problem to my wife, but she was a little confused with some of the details. Since I needed to know exactly what was wrong so that I could report the problem to the contractor who built the house, I called them back and they took a good ten or fifteen minutes on the phone explaining it all to me. They were very patient, helpful, and friendly. I will most definitely be calling them in the future when we need them.
