 + -1 moreEico was the second service provider that my home warranty sent to my house to repair my air conditioner. I was promised by my home warranty that Eico would call me within 4 hours and come out to my house within 24 hours. Eico never called so I had to call them. I was told by Janet from Eico that they could not come out within 24 hours but said she come come first thing the next morning. Eico never showed up for our appointment. I then get a call an hour and a half after they were supposed to be at my house and they said they were unable to make it to my house due to "fog". I had no trouble making it to work myself.. Eico then asked if they could come to my house on a Saturday. I informed them that I would not be home on Saturday that they would have to come out the following Monday. I received a messaged from Eico on Saturday saying they stopped by my house and I wasn't home. I have no idea why they decided to come on Saturday when I specifically told Janet that I would not be home that day. Monday finally comes around and Eico was a no show again. My wife called and asked if they were coming and Janet said that we 'missed' our 'appointment' on Saturday that they would not come back to our house again. My wife told her that we didn't have an appointment that day because we were not home. Janet proceeded to argue with my wife and said they wouldn't come out and hung up. Later that day I call my Home Warranty to find out what is going on and they told me that Eico had called them and said that they showed up to our house twice and we were not home.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come to my house and repair my air conditioning but never showed up.

Description of Work: The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady was screaming to me on the phone! Very poorly managed.

 + -1 moreNot sure it will -- can't get ahold of anyone!!
Description of Work: I have coverage through HMS Warranty Company (that's a whole other problem) - our air conditioner went out and EICO is on their list. They are near Dayton, but service the Columbus Ohio area. They did come promptly to determine the problem with the air conditioner and determine it was the compressor. The part was order through HMS and arrived last Friday. Since then EICO has basically refused to schedule an appointment to have the repairs done! They use the excuse it might rain, it's too humid, it TOO COLD!!! I contacted several very good HVAC companies in the Columbus area and was told as long as it is not below 50 degrees it is fine and actually since I have heat pump unit - it could be installed in the dead of winter!! It is 70 degrees here right now and sunny with no humidity! The woman that owns it, Debbie, is very rude and unprofessional and makes me feel guilty of trying to call and schedule an appointment!! Next week the temps will be back in the 90's so I was hoping to get the work done as it is now going on 3 weeks! Come to find out they are not registered with the BBB and now they won't even answer their phone!
