I know that you have seen this before with this company but they are exactly as reported, HORRIBLE! Stay away from them if you can. In our case we were directed to them by our home warranty company. They arrived the first time to ”diagnose” the issue but told me that they would have to schedule the repair after they received approval from the home warranty company. We were told that they would have their report submitted in 24 hours. After 36 hours we were told by our home warranty that they would submit and expedite and that would mean they have an additional 24 hours to respond. So finally after 72 hours of waiting we finally were able to get a real company who actually cared and they immediately responded to our request and we again have A/C! Thank you Sam the furnace man! During the waiting time we were unable to contact DSE because they refuse to answer their phone and they keep their mailbox full so that no more additional messages can be left. I however did text the number and received some very unprofessional messages in response. Due to the very poor treatment not only from DSE and our home warranty company we have decided to change warranty service after 20 years.

It was absolutely terrible. I called them to schedule and they did return my call quickly, but the time they had suggested didn't work (they left a voicemail). So I called them back and didn't hear from them for two days. I then called back again because it is in the 40s and 50s and our furnace hasn't been working, then they finally called me back. They said they could be here between a certain time frame on Friday. They then call about a half hour before that time frame was up and said they were going to be an hour late. I told her that was very frustrating and she got VERY short and extremely rude to me and then just hung up the phone. I HAVE NEVER experienced such a rude encounter with someone that is trying to provide a service to me, it was inexplicable to be quite honest. I then called the warranty company and told them I want another contractor because they were rude, unprofessional, lacked punctuality and I simply did not want their company in my home.
