+ -1 moreI called them to service my tankless hot water heater that was only 3 years old. They had to make 7 trips. They diid not know how to fix the brand I had but did not tell me that, instead they kept coming back and charging me more. It was a $50 part that took less than an hour to replace and they charged me $1700. $80 an hour for work and travel. They went to lunch and to buy a $2.00 part and I even got charged for that! When I got the bill I was shocked and disappointed. I called to ask for an explanation and was told that was the charge. I could have bought a new hot water heater for less than that. I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Worst service ever! Way overcharged!!!
Description of Work: they replaced a flow meter on a tankless hot water heater.
