+ 0 moreThey are very responsive. They are pleasant to deal with. They do my routine fertilizing so I have experience with them previously. He does very nice work and he follows up. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Zabak Landscaping Incorporated did routine fertilizing for me in the fall. They did some landscaping for me this summer too.

Description of Work: Mr. Zabak came to my residence to give me an estimate for lawn maintenance. I live in a ranch home in a suburb of Cleveland. He was willing to do maintenance if that is what I wanted. He thought I would be better off having a new lawn put in which is what I had been considering. The customer of his that referred him to me had him put in a new lawn for her some time ago as well as a neighbor of hers. He says that after he puts in lawns he likes to continue maintaining them if possible. I liked how prompt he was in responding to a message that I left for him. He came to my residence the very next day. He took his time in explaining the steps involved in putting in a new lawn and also took time to look at other things that I might want to have done.
