It went pretty well considering I had never remodeled a bathroom.
Description of Work: I worked with Cindy Wildman. She helped me plan and ordered all plumbing for a master bathroom remodel. Since space was tight, it was not easy to get everything we wanted. She had really good ideas and helped us pick out everything we needed. She really understands plumbing and made sure we ordered things we needed which I had no clue we needed. Sure you can get cheaper fixtures on the internet, but you do not get the expert advice. She saved us a lot of money because everything fit,worked and we did not need to hire a contractor or a designer. I was the contractor and that saved us a bundle.

TOM IVANEC WAS MY REPRESENTATIVE. HE ALLOWED ME TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME IN THE TUB TO MAKE SURE THEIR WAS A LOT OF SPACE AND MAKING SURE THINGS WOULD BE OKAY FOR MY PARENTS THAT ARE SENIORS. HE ALSO GAVE IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION.

PLACED ORDER FOR ALL ITEMS 5 MONTHS PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. TUB WAS NOT A STOCK ITEM, BUT WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN 2 WEEKS. THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED IN, THE TUB WAS FINALLY DELIVERED. WELKER MCKEE NEVER PLACED TUB ON ORDER ACCORDING TO INSTALLER. DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS, MY ASSIGNED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS PLACED BY ME OR THE BUILDER.
Description of Work: BUILDER REQUIRED US TO USE WELKER MCKEE FOR ALL OUR PLUMBING FIXTURES/SINKS/TUB/SHOWER.
