+ -1 moreI contacted them by phone & left a voice mail twice over a 2 week period to get a quote for new service. I have not received a call back. I assume 1) They are out of business. 2) They have so much business they don't need new customers. 3) Their website doesn't work which leads me back to they are out of business. 4) They Never got the voicemails?
Description of Work: Provider did nothing. I contacted them as a potential new customer and never got a call back. As for their work, I can't say. As for their responsiveness, for the sake of their current customers, I hope their work is better.

Description of Work: Called this company, left message almost a week ago, no response, waited 3 days called them again, left message, listened carefully to voicemail message, states best to send email. The person on the phone speaks very fast to provide you with email address. Sent email, no response, sent message through Angie List, no response. I give up, I guess that have enough work.

+ -1 moreI have no problem with them. They do a great job for me. If I ask them to do something, they do it and they have no problem with following through on anything. They are very professional. They service my lawn every week. Their pricing is reasonable and fine. They are very punctual. I have no complaints about them.
Description of Work: The last time that I used W Brady Lawnscape was probably in the first week of November for servicing my lawn.

+ -1 moreThey have been consistent in coming once a week. Do a nice job edging. Still haven't gotten a bill yet, but I'm sure they'll get it to me eventually. Will continue to use them for now. Wanted to get a review up here!
Description of Work: I pay this company to mow my lawn. My lawn is about .75 acres, but they mow about .5 acres of it. The rest is pretty far away so I don't really care about it.
