+ -1 moreMake sure you know the price before you have them proceed. The installer was unable to give me the cost.
Description of Work: I had US Protective install sump pump monitoring device. While at my home, they also installed two batteries for backup that is required in my system. I was charged $70 for labor for a three minute installation. When I approached them concerning the overbill, I was put on hold for ten minutes and then disconnected. I called back and left a message as a followup and got no reply. The next day I called back and finally reached the general manager who insisted that was there price. I asked to talk to the owner and they refused to allow me. I was told to send a letter to the general manager and she would pass it to the owner. I paid the invoice and am now looking for a new monitoring company
