Description of Work: Dimmer switches, dining room light installation and 10 year smoke detectors The electrician was polite, quick and efficient. He arrived within the time frame I was given.

Description of Work: Electrical switch install on wall, switch removed, old light removed over sink. Customer service always starts with the first person you speak with on the phone to set up the appointment. Lisa was Awesome. O'dell very polite and professional new exactly what to do. I explain that my husband and I called six electricians before seeing this company. The job was not judge by size and Mr Electric called back. others companies set up appointments, cancel and did not call back, We appreciate the service and will be coming back.

+ -1 moreFor the work I give them an A. I had some problems because their accounting department kept calling me when I had already paid the bill. My husband checked with some other folks and he thought the pricing was fair.
Description of Work: Last Fall we used a company called Mr Electric to put in a transfer switch for a generator.
