The first time I contacted Mr Marek I left a message for an emergency situation & a call was returned the following afternoon. By that time someone else had already responded earlier in the day. Mr Marek told me if the repair failed or I needed help to call him. I did call him again, twice, & neither call was returned. I was very disappointed.
Description of Work: No work was done.

+ -1 moreBOB WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, LISTENED TO EVERY DETAIL AND REALLY HEARD US. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS MADE US FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING PERFECTLY WHEN I AM SURE HE PROBABLY HAD LITTLE FOLDS TO IRON OUT. OUR ALLOWANCES WERE ALWAYS WELL WITHIN REASON. MOST IMPORTANTLY HE WORKED VERY HARD AT GETTING US IN QUICKER THAN PLANNED BECAUSE OUR HOUSE SOLD AND WE HAD TO BE OUT. BOB COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I HEARD BUILDING A HOME WAS VERY STRESSFUL. IT WAS NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL WITH BOB AS OUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
Description of Work: BOB REBUILT A HOME WE INHERITED. IT STARTED AS A 3 BEDROOM RANCH 50 YEARS OLD. HE TURNED IT INTO A 3 BEDROOM COLONIAL WITH A COMPLETELY UPDATED AND REMODELED FIRST FLOOR AND PARTIALLY REFINISHED BASEMENT WITH A 3 CAR GARAGE INSTEAD OF 2 WITH A 700 SQUARE FOOT DECK.
