Barb in the office was very concerned when I gave the wrong phone number and expressed that she was glad I called back the next day. Ray called to make an appointment and was prompt. He was very professional, and even tolerated neighbor children asking questions after removing the nests. He offered to return if the hornets or yellow jackets established another nest. He took the nests away with him, so I had no clean up to perform. I highly recommend Dominion Pest Control.

Ray reassured me (both over the phone and on site) that the problem was just ants, not termites. He also assured me the products he uses are safe around children. He was very prompt, polite, professional, and even came in well under the $150 estimate he had given over the phone. It's been 8 days, and the only ants I've seen have been dead ones.

Ray worked quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and knowlegable. I showed him a place where I had sawdust in my kitchen cabinet that I was afraid was ants - and he showed me it was only the draw slide above that was rubbing. I thought the price was very fair considering he came out in about 4 days notice and took about an hour and a half to finish the work.

I read the reviews about Dominion Pest Control on Angie's List and called them to enlist their services. I reached their voicemail, left a message with my name & phone number and stated that I would like to enlist their services. No one called me back and it's been over a week. Very disappointed in Dominion's lack of responsiveness. Fortunately, another pest control company was recommended to me by a contractor and I am thrilled with the other service provider.

Very positive. Timely, courteous, professional.

They are prompt. There is always someone answering the phone. I never get a machine. The owner Ray always calls back the same day and can get us scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.

It was such a great experience. He was quick to call back and came out early to work around my schedule. He was friendly and worked quickly. He did a nice job.

Excellent. I called and got a return call within a few hours. I set up appointment for the next day. Ray was exactly on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and went right to work. He did more than I was expecting by spraying in other areas besides the kitchen, yet the price stayed within the original estimate given by phone.

They were very responsive after I placed a call to them. I called on Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend, and they called back on Sunday. The exterminator met me just a few minutes behind schedule at my home. He spent just over an hour inspecting and spraying for carpenter ants. He told me that the treatment would also be effective against centipedes, which we have been seeing in the house. He also gave me information concerning a rat (!) that I found and killed in our basement during the previous week.

Ray contacted me immediately (which is unusual these days and greatly appreciated). When the weather turned cool and rainy he called and explained why it would be best if he waited until the bees were active. When he did come out to do the job, even though it wasn't clear that there was a nest as I had thought, he still agreed to go ahead and dust the suspicious area for us. He also let me know we had a 90-day ''call back'' period in case the critters showed up again. We'd definitely call him again if we needed pest control work.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AT RETURNING MY PHONE CALL AND COMING OUT. RAY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOLD ME THAT IF AFTER HE SPRAYED THAT IF I STILL HAD PROBLEMS TO CALL AND HE WOULD COME RIGHT BACK. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AND WAS VERY PLEASED.

I WAS AGAIN PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I MADE THE CALL ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND IT WAS RETURNED ON SUNDAY, AND THEY WERE OUT ON MONDAY. HE GAVE ME VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR AFTER HE DUSTED THE NEST, AND HOW LONG IT WOULD BE UNTIL THE NEST WAS DEAD. I WILL CONTINUE TO CALL THEM FOR ALL MY PEST CONTROL NEEDS.

MR. ANDJESKI WAS CALM AND THOROUGH IN DEALING WITH A NEST OF OVER 1,000 ANTS INSIDE THE WALL OF A BATHROOM IN OUR HOME. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND REMAINED OVER TWO HOURS TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED CORRECTLY.

VERY SATISFIED - STRAIGHT A'S, ESPECIALLY IF THE PESKY CRITTERS DO NOT RETURN.

OUR INFESTATION WAS BAD. RAY WORKED HARD TO GET HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE SEEMED WELL INFORMED AND POLITE. A SECOND APPLICATION WAS NEEDED AND HE CAME BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. PROMPT AND PLEASANT. VERY HAPPY WITH WORK DONE.

EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE CALL WAS PLACED ON A SATURDAY AFTER NORMAL OPERATING HOURS; RAY RESPONDED WITHIN A FEW HOURS TO OUR MESSAGE. HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD THOROUGHLY CHECK THE HOUSE DURING HIS VISIT BEFORE BEGINNING THE TREATMENT. HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DID NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN CONDITIONS SUCH AS WATER INFILTRATION THAT COULD EVENTUALLY LEAD TO A BIGGER PROBLEM THAN JUST BUGS. RAY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AS PROMISED. HE LIFTED CEILING TILES IN THE BASEMENT IN ORDER TO CHECK BEHIND THE INSULATION. HE WENT AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE ATTIC AS WELL AND FINALLY APPLIED THE PESTICIDES TO CRACKS, CREVICES BASEBOARDS. RAY NOT ONLY WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK THE TIME TO ADDRESS MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS BUT HE IS ALSO THE ONLY EXTERMINATOR WE'VE HIRED, IN THE LAST 12 YEARS THAT WAS WILLING TO DO SO A THOROUGH CHECK. IT'S REFRESHING TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO GO THE DISTANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED.

WE WERE ALL VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND EXTREMELY THOROUGH. WE CHECKED SEVERAL COMPANIES, COURTESY OF ANGIE'S LIST, AND THEY WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED, TOO. THEIR DEAL INCLUDED A RETURN VISIT WITHIN 30 DAYS IF THEY PROBLEM PERSISTED. SO FAR, THAT HASN'T BEEN NECESSARY. PART OF THE REASON WE CHOSE THEM WAS OUR ABILITY TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE QUICKLY. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF OUR CALL.

AMONG THE SEVERAL COMPANIES I CONTACTED FOR EXTERMINATING WORK, I WAS THE MOST PLEASED WITH RAY. HE WAS MUCH MORE INFORMATIVE AND VERY HONEST WITH ME. ARRIVED EARLY TO GET STARTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE BEFORE I GOT HOME. I GIVE HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DOMINION PEST CONTROL.

QUICK RESPONSE AND GOOD SERVICE. VOLUME OF CARPENTER ANTS IS DOWN AND DOMINION WILL RETURN FREE ONCE IN 90 DAYS IF NEEDED.
