Description of Work: Possibly third time I have used this company, and will continue to do so. Ray comes out and does a through inspection of my crawl space looking for any type of pests. He sprays the entire interior and exterior to protect against pest. |Ray is extremely through and pleasant. Those traits are important to me.

Description of Work: Dominion was reasonably priced, prompt and courteous. We had a nest of yellow jackets near the foundation of our home. After the initial application, Ray checked back to see if there was any activity. Due to the depth of the nest, Ray had to come out a second time and had to remove a shrub which then enabled him to get rid of the nest completely. He took care of the proble and did not add any additional cost for the job. We will definitely refer family and friends to Dominion for pest control.

Description of Work: I had seen a rat in my basement. When I called, they were able to send someone out the same day. He identified the problem was an open drain in our basement. I paid for the service call, and was assured that if covering the drain did not resolve the problem, the fee would apply toward glue traps or poison. We have cats, so I didn't want to leave traps or poison in the basement unless I have to. The gentleman helped me temporarily cover the drain and I purchased a permanent "rat-proof" drain cover that same day. So far (more than 2 weeks later) Ratty has not been seen or detected since...

Description of Work: WE HAD A NASTY CARPENTER ANT PROBLEM. RAY TREATED ALL EXTERIOR AREAS OF THE FOUNDATION AND PLACED POWDER IN PARTICULAR TROUBLE SPOTS. AFTER ABOUT TWO WEEKS, THE ANTS WERE GONE. WHEN THEY RETURNED IN ABOUT A MONTH, WE CALLED BACK FOR A REFRESHER TREATMENT. WE RECEIVED PROMPT ATTENTION AND WERE PLEASED THAT THE COMPANY HONORED OUR 90-DAY WARRANTY.

HOW LUCKY I WAS TO SEE ON THE COVER A PEST CONTROL STORY WAS INSIDE. I CONTACTED DOMINION AND THE SECRETARY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AS WELL AS HELPFUL WITH MY SITUATION. RAY ANDJESKI WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND MANAGED TO LOCATE THE NEST AND EXTERMINATE THE ANTS. I WAS RELIEVED AS I WAS GETTING THESE FLYING ANTS IN THE HOUSE AND HAD NO IDEA WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED.
