DEB CAR HOME IMPROVEMENT

A small repair to siding was needed. Carl responded very quickly with an estimate and completed the repair the same day. Work performed was very high quality. When larger projects are required, I will call Deb Car first.

I met with Carl and received an estimate. The cost was less than half what I was quoted from another company the previous year. Upon my decision to have Carl do the job, he started just a few days later. All the old siding was removed and hauled away the first day. He did a good job of cleaning up and protecting my plants and bushes around the house. A few days later the new siding was all up and he had rehung my door canopies. I requested paintable shutters so once the siding was up Carl showed me where the shutters would go and together we determined the right size for each window. He then ordered the shutters and delivered them once they were available. I painted them and called Carl to come hang them. He came out the following Saturday to hang them, making sure I was good with the placement of each. I think Carl did a nice job. I was pleased with with his treatment of me and my property. I love the new look of my house and would recommend him to others.

Carl came out and gave us an estimate. It was obvious from the start that he really knew his stuff. He made great suggestions and offered to frame our windows and doors to really make the place look great. He explained the type of siding he uses and gave us several addresses of other homes in our area that he had done. We checked them out and saw that his work was superb. We got lower estimates but when we checked out their work, it wasn't nearly as good. We also checked out pricier estimates and their work wasn't any better than Carl's. Carl and Dennis worked very hard and got the house done in about a week which is what he told us he would do. We are VERY happy with the result.

Pricing was fair depending on the repair or job. But they did an excellent job and did everything just right.

He followed through and his prices were good and work is top notch. He even came back out and fixed and replaced some damaged siding and downspout. And even went as far as to fix our rear storm door that was not set right.

MR. LOVANO DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB REPAIRING AN AREA WHICH WAS DIFFICULT TO ACCESS, AND DID A VERY NEAT JOB WHICH TOOK SOME CREATIVITY. WE ARE SO PLEASED! WE HAVE TRIED TO GET SOMEONE TO REPAIR IT FOR 2 YEARS, INCLUDING CONTACTING SEVERAL OF ANGIE'S LIST CONTRACTORS. NO ONE WANTED TO DO THE JOB. HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE, KEPT US ADVISED AS TO WHEN HE COULD DO THE JOB, ETC. THE SIDING HE REPAIRED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN FINISH, STYLE AND COLOR BUT HE WAS ABLE TO REPAIR IT SO IT ALMOST LOOKED LIKE THE ACTUAL SIDING. WE ARE ECSTATIC WITH HIS JOB AND SERVICE.
