Description of Work: Purchased the big deal for the whisper quiet 3/4 HP opener. The tech that came out was quick and efficient. We had one small issue we saw the next day, which they came back out and promptly corrected. Very happy with the service and the product.

Description of Work: REPLACED THE MAIN TORSION SPRING, PLUS THE BAR, ROLLERS, AND WIRE CABLE. WAS CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT ON MONDAY AS WAS SUNDAY AT ABOUT 4 PM, I WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM AND WOULD BE OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR NO SURCHARGE. aDVERTISEMENT IN YELLOW PAGES SAID $89 FOR A TORSION SPRING, THE SERVICE GUY WAS VERY NICE BUT DID A GREAT JOB ON UPSELLING ME ON EXTRAS AND THE TOTAL BILL WAS ALMOST $465.

Description of Work: Garage Door Repair Services put in two new garage doors where I had 2 25 year old garage doors. One of which had fraying cables so was a safety hazard. The service man came on time, explained the issues I had with the garage doors, and actually replaced the doors in the same visit.

Description of Work: One of the cables became loose on the door. The door was cocked. Had to be rewound....the technician fixed it with ease. Very knowledgeable, professional....it went well. I would use them again.

Description of Work: had a crooked garage door that would not go up or down. called this company & was told spring was broke, cables off track & to fix would be as expensive as new door ($1300). called another company for 2nd opinion - he fixed door in 15 minutes - cables were off track, no broken spring & door is working fine.

Description of Work: Our garage door broke the day we were moving out and hadn't signed the final closing documents. They were able to fix the door on the same day. I was never able to use the new door but I haven't heard any complaints from the new home owners.

Description of Work: Called on Sunday afternoon to set up a Monday appt, they said could come out today with no special charges. Showed up to replace the torsion spring on my double overhead garage door. Price shown on website was not the price at delivery, plus he found several other components that in his opinion needed to be replaced, so what was to be a $100+ repair zoomed to $465, the parts were 40+ yrs old so probably did need replaced. He had all the parts needed, and was very professional and left a clean worksite
