+ -1 moreI had gotten estimates from a few providers and theirs was about average. They charge you by the number of feet of work that you get done. Their quality of work was good, and they were very responsive and punctual. It took them about 3 days to finish the job. They were very careful with removing the landscaping, taking little trees out and things like that. You work out with these people what you want to save and what you don?t, as far as your landscaping goes. At the end, they brought some top soil for my front bed and put that in, and after it was all filled in, they replanted my landscaping shrubs and a small tree. When they had finished, you couldn?t even tell if anyone had worked in my front yard. They put plywood on the grass, and so they never ran right over it with their equipment. They did a very good job.
Description of Work: I used Antonio's Basement Waterproofing to waterproof my basement, and they did that as per the norms for exterior waterproofing. They dug all the way down on the outside of the foundation and put on the coatings that were necessary. I also had one of the basement walls straightened. Basically, the work is done according to codes set by cities.

+ -1 moreTHE SPECS THAT I HAD GIVEN THEM BEFORE WERE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE RECENT ONES THAT I HAD SUBMITTED. THE NEW SPECS HAD LESS WORK THAN THE OLD HOWEVER, THE PRICE THEY HAD GIVEN ME IN 2003 IS THE SAME PRICE THEY ARE GIVING ME NOW FOR LESS WORK.
