Josh was outstanding. Our Water Heater cracked and made a mess in our basement, right as the temps dipped below 30F outside. Ollendick Construction was selected by our Home Warranty provider to inspect the tank and repair or replace as needed. Josh came to our house next day (within 16 hours of filing our claim). Very professional, punctual, polite. Replaced the Heater within 2 hours from initial arrival for inspection.
