Was very satisfied with the overall work and professionalism of Certified. They worked overtime to get the job done before family arrived for the holidays. Very easy to work with. Would definitely use them again - they will be the first that I call.
Description of Work: This was insurance related work covering water damage caused by another vendor's improper installation of the air conditioning handler unit. Walls had to be opened and dried. Then replaced and painted, general painting in several areas of the house including the living room ceiling, carpet in one area removed and replaced with bamboo flooring.

We are very pleased with the end result. They did exactly what they said they would do and got it done before family arrived at Christmas. Extremely professional and at each step explained what they were going to do. On final inspection there were a few minor touch ups that needed attention. Those were corrected that day. They will be my first call next time.
Description of Work: The original company that installed air conditioning units in our attic did not follow proper procedures and the result was that condensate from the A/C unit began draining into our upper floor bathroom. It continued on down into the ground floor bathroom. I contacted Certified Restoration for an estimate and they responded that afternoon. They were able to replace the damaged sheetrock and carpet and repaint the walls.

Description of Work: We had water damage from a humidifier that leaked while we were out of town. It was on the third floor and water leaked through two floors. They came and used fans and dehumidifiers to dry it out over a week period. We were very pleased. Our contractor recently replaced drywall and bead board and found no signs of mold.

They were prompt, very professional and knowledgeable about what to do in this situation. In one day we were able to access our basement appliances.
Description of Work: Our basement was flooded due to the extreme storm conditions. Certified restoration came to help remove the water and provided fans to dry it up along with cleanup.
