It went well. They showed up on time and were friendly.

I previously had carpet cleaning and window blinds and wood work cleaned 1 year ago. I was very satisfied. I called this year to ask if they could do the same work. The woman I talked to was very rude when I asked to have someone come out to clean the window blinds and wood work. She said "I will not do the blinds again I am a massage therapist and it is to h****** my hand. I will have someone else call you to give you a price" I never got a call from someone. I did schedule with her someone to come out and clean the carpet. She said it would be 90.00. The man came on time. Last year he moved the furniture to clean under it. This time he refused to move the furniture. I had to move the furniture while he cleaned. I told him about a couple spots to be cleaned. He said I will try. He never got the spot out and it looks worse than before.
