+ -1 moreI called Katty and delivered my computer to her. We talked about the problems I was having. She said that she would take a look and give me a call. Later that day, she called and told me the problem and I said to fix it. She did so and now I have my computer back.
Description of Work: I am going back to school and needed more memory added to my computer. My computer was also running slow. She discovered a nasty virus on my computer and wiped it clean. My computer works better than it has ever run!
