I had used this company before and really liked them, so I purchased this deal. I had one appointment scheduled and they cancelled since one of their employees went on vacation. I really needed to have some tile work done before Thanksgiving. We had the appointment scheduled for today. We spoke about the project that I needed done through email, he agreed they could get this done. He advised me that the type of tile I was wanting was going to take at least two days to complete. I decided to change this to sheet vinyl to make sure that this project could be done in the one day allotted time frame for the deal. When the workers got here, they said they just could not do this and did not want to mess anything up. I appreciated the fact that they were honest enough to know they could possibly mess my floors up. I am just requesting a refund on this deal.

Damian and Ron did fantastic work and were very professional. Ron arrived promptly at the appointment time and took diligent notes at the beginning of the day to catalog our priority list for the house. Damian put down tarps in the areas they were working, and the paths leading to them from the garage to protect the floor. No job ever goes completely as planned, especially in a 50-year-old house, but they were able to tackle each unexpected problem with no issues. Some of the wiring in the house is a bit shoddy, but Ron was able to figure things out. They had a look at two jobs which I'll have them back for in the future: repairing electrical to a room in an addition of the house, and replacing a sagging ceiling damaged from a leaky roof years back. They gave me a realistic idea of what to expect those to cost, and it was very reasonable. I felt safe leaving them in the house to work as I went off on a few small errands throughout the day. Bottom line: they do great work, they're professional, and inexpensive. We have a lot of things around that house that need repaired, and thanks to Damian, those repairs are in reach!

It wasn't done exactly as it needed to be done, but it was close. Damian sent two guys to install - it took them longer than expected because it was something neither had ever done before. One guy arrived early while the other guy arrived late and had to leave early, but it got done. They were nice, thorough, and professional. There's one fix that needs to be done to fix the engineering and weight distribution because of the way they did the job, but it looks great and it all works. Hopefully I'll get them to come back and make that one fix and it'll be fine (Damian never called to check and make sure it was done perfectly). I would be more explicit about checking with me before they finalize any design.

Initially, it was difficult to get an appointment as they are very busy. Damian and his co-worker were very professional and finished everything we needed to get done accurately and quickly. We were very happy with their work and plan to use them again in the future.

The 4 man team was great. They were the nicest talented professionals I have seen. They really cared about their work and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the painting. They moved and replaced furniture and blinds and treated everything as if it were their own. I would certainly use Spot on again and I have recommended them to family and friends.

I decided I wanted a newer toilet in my bathroom even though it showed no signs of leaking. I purchased a new toilet online and scheduled a time that Damian could pick it up, and with Derek's help, install it. They arrived in the time frame we had set and within thirty minutes,had the old one out and the new one installed! Both were polite and very professional and I would not think twice about choosing Spot-On Home Improvements for another project.

Damian was punctual and professional and completed the jobs well and within the original estimate. I will definately use him again.

Damian and Derek were very professional. Got to work, cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again for a project that I need to get done. Damian notified me on the way that they were hung up in traffic. Did what they said they would do and always communicated.

Originally heard of Spot-On from Groupon. It was a good deal so I checked them out on Angie's List which I always do before hiring anyone. They had a good rating so I decided to have them quote on my job. Damian answered my email within a matter of a few hours.We set up a time for him to come to my home to see what I needed done. At that time I had already hired another painter so I showed him several small projects I needed done and mentioned the painting as well. The painter I was going to use never returned my emails or calls so I gave the job to Damian and am very glad I did. We set up a time for July 23rd. His worker. Derreck showed up right at 9:00 and ready to get started. Derreck is a very personable and professional young man. He spent three days at my home painting and was very particular about the job he did. The painting turned out far better than I could have imagined. He is also a super nice guy and a pleasure to have in your home. Damian and Derreck can do just about any kind of job you can imagine and do it extremely well. They are coming back soon to do some water damage repair for me both inside and outside my home. I definitely recommend Spot-On Home Improvement for any job you may have.

These guys were great - on time, very helpful and respectful. I also felt like they worked hard and stayed focused. They were very capable and thorough in carrying out all the little projects I had for them. Would definitely call again and recommend to a friend!

Very well. Damian was prompt to respond to our initial contact, promptly came to our home to inspect the job, and promptly provided a written estimate. Was willing to listen to our needs and concerns for the project. Called us the day or so before job was to start to confirm when he would arrive, arrived on job as promised, quickly got to work, and did a very nice job. Rooms were clean-up, and you would have never known a contractor was there other than the two new beautiful fans.
