This was probably the most professional crew that we have ever dealt with. The project was finished ahead of time and perfectly. They really go over and beyond.

From initial consultation, planning, estimate to completion of work (4 weeks) to follow up, every interaction was positive, professional, and caring. Damian, the owner and the entire team of Spot-On Home Improvements were pleasant, provided great communication - keeping me well informed as to progress as well as offering suggestions & options where appropriate. They were considerate, and always made sure to clean-up every day and explain to me exactly what would be completed the following day. The entire team is talented and a pleasure to work with. Damian takes pride in the work he & his team complete. There is a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic present in this company. I also felt valued and appreciated as a customer - which is very important to me. I felt totally comfortable not always being at home as the work was completed - they are trustworthy. Damian leads his team with a sense of passion and purpose - it is not just a job, but a mission to provide the most quality work and excellent customer service possible.

Fantastic! Damian was excellent in getting me on his schedule and communication in general. The gentlemen who did our work arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and also very clean - especially in the garage with a very messy overhead drywall project.

My experience with Spot-On was exceptional from the initial contact to the completion of the work. The owner, Damian, was very responsive and his crew was polite and efficient. The work was completed in one day as promised.

Showed up a few minutes late. Great communication however as I was on the road and my younger brother had to show him the tasks. Very nice and helpful. Only issue was he spent over 2 hours out looking for a light fixture that would fit this abnormal cutout above sink. This task was not completed. Also the handyman asked to take our used appliances in the garage. I asked him to name a price, he tried to negotiate for them for free. Overall everything else was good and would recommend the company.

We were very pleased with Spot On Home Improvements from start to finish. At their initial contact they helped us with material selection and options for how the job could be completed. Randy and a team of 2-3 people showed up every day for a week and completed the job efficiently and beautifully. All of the people associated with Spot On Home Improvements were polite, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned up well every day and when they finished. The siding on our home looks great!

Job well done. They painted the family room but we also used them for a vaiety of odd jobs and touch ups. They also refurbished the stain on baseboards in the kitchen and family room. Touch up on the stained trim around our new patio doors. Repainted just the toe mold on the entire 1st floor where we had the hardwood floors refinished. Etc. They are very customer focused, attentive to detail, friendly, and conscientious.

Jeff, Corey, and Rodney were fantastic. They arrived promptly and got straight to work. They accomplished what was on my list and more, going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I would definitely hire them again. You should too - you won't be disappointed!

We were very pleased with Damian and his crew. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had a number of small problems that needed addressing, and they were able to take care of all of them well. The event that inspired our call was when a neighbor's teenage daughter's boyfriend accidentally lost hold of a golf club and it flew onto our deck, breaking a kitchen window, and damaging the frame. We also had had an annoyingly malfunctioning garage door opening system for a while. On top of that, we had several small projects that we kept thinking we were going to get to ourselves, and just never found time. So when the window needed replacement, we called Damian. He and his crew had done a little work for us a year or so earlier when they were just starting out as a brand new operation. We got an incredible deal through the Big Deals on Angie's List for the work that time; the work they did was fine, much better than we expected for the price we paid. Despite that, we debated whether we should call them for the more detailed work we needed, since they were so new. We did, however, largely because they were so responsive and helpful the first time. I must say they did a terrific job. The window they installed seems to fit better and work better than the one they replaced (and this is not an old house, so the "old" window wasn't very). The garage door system is lovely and we couldn't believe how quickly and competently they installed it. The ceiling fan in my daughter's room that was always malfunctioning now has a new light kit that has stopped the wobbling and the rubbing sound, which is an enormous improvement. The faucet no longer drips, and the kitchen cabinets (which were installed by the previous owners without hardware) look fabulous with their contemporary hardware. Finally, we repeatedly had tried to patch the peeling paint, caulk, and drywall around the top of the shower stall in the kids' bathroom, and it had never held. Damian's crew correctly diagnosed the shortcut taken by the builders, dug in and corrected it, and patched the drywall perfectly and smoothly. They advised us how to prime and paint it properly, and now you could never tell that it used to be an ugly mess; it's smooth, clean and beautiful. We really appreciated Spot-On working with our tight budget for all this work. We have two kids in college right now, and don't have a lot of spare cash. We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their willingness to work with our budget -- they even offered to split the job so that we could do it in manageable pieces. We are very happy with this handyman service and will definitely call on them again.

I can not recommend Spot-On and Rodney highly enough. Everything about the interactions has been professional. I am planning to hire them again soon.

They were very professional. They showed up on time, explained what they would do with each task and completed a walk thru when they were done. I plan to hire them again for additional items that need to be done around the house.

Excellent! They were very timely and the work they did was excellent. I wish I had a bit more time to understand the service and fee options, as I was not aware that their fee included the handyman services for 1/2 day until the day before they came. Had I known ahead of time, I could have planned better and identify other tasks. I ended up having them take measurements for other projects I am planning to hire them for.

They are meticulous. Flooring, vanities and everything they worked on was done with absolute perfection. They are amazing!

Everything went very well. Damian even took pictures of my fireplace to show me what the before and after looked like. Very friendly crew. They sent 3 people. Very honest. I thought I needed a can light replaced because I could not get the light to go on. Jeff even purchased the part in case it was needed. Discovered the bulb is just a little difficult to put in. Needed a little more force. He could have said that there was a short and charged me for the part to replace. It would have saved him a trip back to the hardware store to return it as well. But he was honest and did not replace it. Adam too was wonderful. He replaced a light and did some painting. I would definitely use them in the future. I wish I knew about them before this. If I do any more remodeling I will be calling them.

Perfection! Flexible with my schedule, arrived promptly and did an excellent job.

We took advantage of a $299 for 4 hours of handy work. This was for 2 workers for 4 hours each. At the onset I was asked if I was more interested in the hours or the completion of the projects. I chose the latter and agreed to pay an additional $30 an hour to complete my list. Both workers were courteous and explained how they were going to complete the jobs. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

Very well. We liked all three individuals from the company with whom we worked. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. We were pleased with the work and plan to use them again in the future.

They were here a total of 9 days. All of his crew were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I was impressed with their knowledge and skills. They showed us things that were in disrepair and made suggestions, were open to ideas. Went above and beyond our expectations

FANTASTIC! The project has been in the works for a few months now and WOW! It looks great. They did an awesome job! I had seen this style of barn door closure before; thought it was a great idea. However the time involved was never available! I ordered the doors and applied the vinyl covering. The Spot on Home Improvement guys were on time, very helpful and had good suggestions to the minor issues that arose. Wonderful company to work with! I recommend them highly!!

No service was performed

Gave a reasonable quote and started job well. Wainscoting bead board and trim installed and painted professionally. walls caulked and painted very nicely. Reconditioning of old cabinets was not handled well due to inexperience. I had to finish the job myself with the advice of another, more professional painter. Counter tops were large format granite tiles and were cut and installed very poorly requiring removal and re-installation of some pieces. edges do not line up and rough edges were left exposed. The back splash was not installed very straight and there were pieces that had to be remove and replaced to accommodate the plug and switch covers. Throughout the job communication was very poor to nonexistent. Appointment times to perform the work were just a joke, with no call back to notify us or reschedule, that became my responsibility with their employees. And finally, the flooring was scheduled to commence the last Monday of July at 8:30 AM and no one showed or called. After several calls and texts and email from us, they replied by email that "Due to restructuring, we will not be able to go forward with your work. We can provide you with recommendations for another contractor, if you wish". So, at the time of this writing, we sit here with a second rate kitchen redo and no flooring work done, trying to find someone who does what they say they will do! Although they were polite and seemed to be trying to be a good company, it is some of the worst customer service and laughable commitment to scheduling that I have experienced.
