Smart MOVE Construction

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! A year ago I noticed the seal on my windows had failed. I called and got replacement ones ordered from Ply Gem who sent the first set to Smart Move Construction (their authorized dealer). Unfortunately, they were the wrong size but we only realized this after the original window had been removed on a 10 Degree F January winter's day. The original window had to be put back in and the replacements sent back. Fast forward nearly a year and still no replacement windows. I was informed that been delivered to Smart Move Construction but that I would need to find someone else do the installation. I had some questions so tried to call and text. Eric promised to call me back but never did and did not pick up the phone. I still have no replacement windows even though he has promised to deliver them himself or send them via UPS. Throughout this process Eric talked about how he was the authorized Ply Gem repair company for North East Ohio and how he prided himself on the great customer service he provided to his customers. My experience working with this company has been dreadful. I have found them to be unresponsive and untrustworthy.

Eric was on time, and finished the work promptly. He called me to let me know that he was on his way, and cleaned up after the job was finished. Very professional, and detail oriented.
