Randy and his team are a class act! It is refreshing to find people who take pride in their work and do it as if they were working on their own home. They were professional and polite and each day they completely cleaned up the work site. They did a great job and I highly recommend him to anyone.

very good experience

We contacted Randy regarding a bowed, cracked and leaking basement foundation wall in a rental property we own. Randy was prompt in his response to our call and provided a thorough estimate of the scope of work. He even made several suggstions to better improve the condition of the damp basement. Inspite of his very busy schedule, Randy was able to fit us in promptly. He pulled all required permits. Work was started on time and he cleaned up at the end of every day. As items arose during the course of the work, he was fair in providing revised prices and we had him do all of the additional work as well (adding a sump pump and additional glass block windows). Even with the additional items, work was completed on time. All work passed the appropriate inspections. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the timliness in which it was completed. Randy took a serious problem and as greatly improved it.

He seemed very professional and has been in the business for 25 years. He impressed me when he said he could replace the top four courses of brick, but he didn't think it was necessary. He would just retuckpoint. He quoted me $350.00 for the estimate and is sending a formal estimate, along with an estimate to replace the brick.

I have tried to call him several times and I can't reach him for doing the job. I got a loan for the price that he gave me. He disappeared on me after I got the loan for the job and now that I have had other contractors take a look, the job is more expensive and I can't get another loan to cover the price of the work. I have now had to close all of my 401(k) and my deffered comp. Now, for a year I can't deposit anything in it. And I still need the job done.

I asked Randy Cutlip to give us an estimate for doing some tuckpointing. He came promptly, sending us a written estimate within several days. We called to verbally accept the contract. He said he'd do the work the following Saturday. Friday night he called to say his assistant wasn't available, so he'd come the following Saturday instead. Two hours after his scheduled time, I called, leaving a voice mail message asking where he was. No reply. Monday I called and got him. He said it rained all day where he was, he assumed it was raining at our house and that we'd know he couldn't do it in the rain. He said he'd do the work the next Saturday. He didn't come or call--that was 5 months ago. We finally got another mason to do the job.

After a heavy driving rain our basement wall started to cave in. Randy came to examine, give us an estimate and explained in detail what he would do. Answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Very professional. The crew were on time and also very professional and polite and also answered any questions. What surprised me was how clean everything was while they were excavating the old wall. They had to access the wall from my neighbors yard as well as my basement. Every day they cleaned up any debris, hosed down her sidewalk and driveway and left it as it was before they started the work. We had other estimates, Randys was very reasonable. Their work was outstanding.
