Description of Work: He came out to evaluate our Poison Ivy problem. He gave us a recommendation for treatment. We have decided to hire him to come do multiple treatments to treat this.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive & knowledgeable. They were also very persistent in making contact w/me to set up an appointment which I really liked. They were a little pricey, so I would possibly use them again in the future but only after getting other estimates first.

+ -1 moreON AUGUST 8, 2005, MARK PHILLIPS AND HIS CREW PERFORMED A WONDERFUL TRANSFORMATION OF A TREMENDOUSLY OVERGROWN FRONT YARD, PLANTS SHRUBS, AND BEDS ON THE PROPERTY OF A LARGE HOME. THIS IS THE SECOND MAJOR JOB THAT HE HAS DONE FOR US - THIRD OVERALL. THE WORK WAS TRIMMING, CUTTING BACK, PRUNING, ADDING MULCH AND CLEARING DEBRIS. IN A REAL SURPRISE, HIS CREW HANDLED THE RISK OF REMOVING LARGE AREAS OF POISON IVY. I HAD PREVIOUSLY KILLED THE POISON IVY A FEW WEEKS BEFORE. THAT SAID, "DEAD" IVY IS STILL DANGEROUS. MY POINT BEING, MARK WILL DO ALL THAT IS REASONABLE AND BENEFICIAL FOR HIS CLIENTS. MARK PHILLIPS LANDSCAPING, IS BREATH OF FRESH AIR AS TO QUALITY WORK PRODUCT AND VERY FAIR IN PRICING HIS WORK.

HE PERFORMED THE WORK WITH THREE OTHERS IN 6+ HOURS EACH ON THAT DAY! THEREFORE, IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. HIS WORK QUALITY, EXCELLENT! MARK DID NOT HAVE A BOILERPLATE CONTRACT. HIS BUSINESS MODE IS INFORMAL, BUT REFRESHING AS HE KEEPS HIS WORD - VERY UNUSUAL IN 2004. OUR STANDARD POLICY WITH ALL CONTRACTORS IS TO ASK FOR A LIEN RELEASE (PROTECTION TO US FOR A CONTRACTOR NOT PAYING HIS HELP) MARK COMPLIED WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Description of Work: MARK WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY PETTITI'S NURSERY. WE PURCHASED ALL THE MATERIALS FROM PETTITI'S. MARK PICKED UP THE MATERIALS AND THEN, DID ALL OF THE LANDSCAPING WORK WITH THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES.
