Waynes guys are always pleasant and professional. I have never had an issue with their service. They spray for weeds all the time. I NEVER have weeds in my beds. Also, my grass is the greenest in my neighborhood! I highly recommend these guys for your lawn care needs.

I found Northern Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping from an ad they had placed in the Cuyahoga Falls Press. My initial call was late in the evening which I happened to catch Wayne in the office. We set an appointment for him to come to my property to provide an estimate for my requested services for the upcoming week. Wayne showed on-time for the appointment. He listened to what I wanted, spent a good detail of time measuring and drafting the desired landscape which he then provided two detailed estimates. He was to return at a later date to provide an estimate for another section of the lawn. I told him to move forward with the lawn treatment and that I would mail the additional signed estimate when I had decided about the landscaping. I contracted the landscaping services on 6-5-2012 after receiving my estimates on 5-29-2012. As of 7-10-2012 they had only performed the one application of the Luxury Lawn service and have never returned a call or commenced services in regards to the primary requested landscaping services. My assistant called Wayne every week leaving voicemails when she could, typically, his voicemail box was full. In addition to my assistants calls, I called and left several voicemails requesting a call back and wanting to know if he was going to deliver the contracted landscaping services. I have heard nothing back from Northern Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping, however, they did manage to send me a bill for the one lawn treatment. I would not recommend this company. I wish I had been an Angie's List member at that time and saw the other reviews on this company.

The first phone number listed for contact information on the List has an always-full mailbox. I finally left a message at the 2nd phone number, but never received a return call.

They do good work. They do all my lawn mowing and recently did some grass planting. They usually bring mulch in and spread it. One problem I have had is contacting the owner, He hasn't returned my calls. The grass they planted came up but was kind of spotty in some areas and I wanted them to come and fix it. He finally called yesterday and they are coming to fix it. I am not sure I will use them again in the future.

They charge per season. They come here by around 7 in the morning. Their snow plowing has been very consistent and good. They just plow the driveway. I don’t have any comparison for their price.

I hired another lawn service that has been giving me great service for the last two months on a weekly basis.

Wayne met with us, reviewed lawn and needs. 1. Follow-up with proposal of services and cost. 2. Scheduled regular services. 3. Completed services as scheduled. 4. Follow-up to assure that we were pleased with each treatment and results. 5. Very professional, courteous and focused on relationship.
