+ -1 moreNOT SATISFACTORY. THEY GUARANTEED IN THEIR CONTRACT WITH US THAT THE DRIVEWAY WOULD BE PLOWED BY 6:30 AM EVERY TIIME IT SNOWED, AND THEY FAILED TO MEET THESE TERMS EVEN ONE TIME. SOMETIMES IT DIDN'T GET PLOWED UNTIL DAYS AFTER A SNOW. NEVER RETURNED CALLS
