MORE THAN MAIDS

I came home to find my house clean and everything in its place. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of this company. My overall experience was a good one. There was also a follow-up survey, which I thought was a nice touch.

After the cleaning, all seemed good except for one BIG EXCEPTION. There were oil stains all over my newly painted, red, dining room wall from where she sprayed oil on the stair rail above the wall. I contacted Tina about the oil stains & Tina's response was, "You can fix it yourself because I saw it & it wasn't a big deal" (this was never brought to my attention by Tina, we found the oil stains on our own). I then asked for a refund & she told she would not refund any money to me. After about 5 minutes of our conversation, Tina hung up on me & continued to hang up on me when when I called back. All I was asking for was to have the situation corrected. Now, we are left to correct the problem ourselves. I would never do business with More Than Maids ever again because I still have not received an APOLOGY or my money back. Keep this in mind the next time you need your home cleaned, as it's been More Than A Headache!!
