LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Project went well. Workers were professional and knowledgeable, hardworking. Gutters look good and now we can go out the front door without being drenched during a rain because of stopped up overflowing gutters.

Poor follow up when a problem was reported?. told me I would still need to periodically climb up and unclog part of the gutter protection?.. I got gutter protection so I wouldn?t HAVE to anymore!

Two great guys that went above and beyond by helping a neighbor having some difficulties getting into his home!!! Kudos to them!

Leaf filter protection system- It is in the name and in advertising - never does it say the "filters" are extra !And they are not just an add-on but nearly doubles the original cost. Deception is a word that comes to mind. I tried to talk with the salesman and management (because the down payment was not correct as well) and they threatened a lien - only 3 days after they left. Terrible management too. They suck in communication. The install crew is how I found out I was scammed. . You are not buying what they are selling. Buyer beware.

Good price, good warranty, installed in 5 hours. Looks good. I sprayed roof with water and it drained off just fine. The true test will be during the fall and rainy season.

The consultation was easy and I was approved quickly. They were able to come and install the next day!

Dealing with the salesman was great. I did have some issues when it came to the installation. One of the installers was smoking on my property and I asked him not to if he was going to smoke he needed to go away as I am allergic and there was an attitude from that. I called in and talked to somebody in customer service to say it was not appreciated. Apparently somebody called him because at the end of the day he said something about it and he was rude about that as well. I ended up having to have a repair guy come out because the side that that guy had been working on did not look right. Ended up having to call repair again because something still did not look right and a different repair person came out and he said that the side that the installer who had given me attitude had done was done improperly as well as the downspout on the other side needed to be redone. For $7,700 I should not have had this issue. Their policy is to allow the installer who did the work to come back out to fix it. I told them only if somebody was there with him, I did not want him talking to me. A manager ended up coming out as well as another installer, with him that day to make sure that everything was done properly. I am hoping they last forever for the money they should. The only reason I am giving them higher stars is because of my dealings with my salesperson and with the customer service people. I would give lower stars if I was just judging on the installer and having to have people come out twice to fix things.
