We have been dealing with the owner, Joe, for many years. The service is always wonderful. He is always reliable, responsive and honest. Joe always is the one to come out as well and we have no reason to go to anyone else.

I've used Kand K Pool (Joe) for over the past five (5) years for the following services to my 20' x 40' inground pool: 1. Annual opening and closing 2. Heater replacement 3. Liner replacement 4. Other minor repairs Joe also serviced my 15 year old spa over the same period of time recommending cost effective solutions to keep it running summer after summer. It finally reached its end of life but without Joe's assistance, I wouldn't have had the benefit of the spa the past few summers without a significant investment. I have had a very positive experience with Joe and his team year over year. Joe is honest, reliable, easy to work with, offers fair pricing and provides quality services. I would recommend him for any of the services that I outlined above and more.

June 2013: Joe came out to give us an estimate on a pool at a property we buying. The in-ground pool need a whole side replace, a new liner, concrete decking and stairs was added. July 2013: We decided to go with Joe to do our pool repaired once we closed on our house. Joe was is a nice guy and seemed knowledgeable. He was not cheapest and not the most expensive estimate we got, but felt he could handle our large pool repair. August 2013: Joe and his crew began demolition and reconstruction of our pool. It was obvious to us that halfway through the construction Joe and the guy he bought in to do the concrete was not on the same page with this project. The concrete would tell us one thing and Joe would say something else. The concrete guy would say he works for us even though we never hired him. We had many problems with trying to get solid answers on what was going on, and keep telling us is was because we didn't want to spend the money even though he never came to us to say this or that has to be done for the pool to correct. September 2013: They finished the pool but it wasn't level and he told us that is should not be a problem that pool wasn't level, even though the concrete guy offered to level it, but Joe to us it would of been too expensive. (We found out later it should have been level from the beginning at part of the whole repair). We worked out a payment for the remaining balance with Joe for the work, then he left us with no instructions on how to maintain the pool, what chemicals we needed to put in it or anything. We had to figure stuff out on our own. We also found out later that because the skimmer wasn't working the pool was not working properly. October 2013: We had a new pool company, Howard at Pro Pools come out to close the pool and was told the pool is completely wrong and not level for it operate properly. The skimmer was not working which Joe knew, but never did anything about, the water was uneven and concrete was cracking because of bad/cheap installation. November 2013: The Howard, the new pool guy has an engineer come out to survey the pool and ground around it and gave us another estimate on how much it would be to fix it. He tried to have is crew fix the skimmer and found that it has to be replaced and would need to cut into the concrete. He advised us to get a lawyer and see if we can work something out with Joe. April 2014: Got a lawyer to help us mediate the situation, Joe came out one time to look at the pool and said he would see what he can do to replace all the cracked concrete and fix the skimmer, but did not seem to want to fix the pool leveling issue. May/June 2014: We had a few conversations with Joe, but then he stop returning our calls or coming out to do what he said he would do. The Lawyer sent him another letter and we are in the process of figuring out our next steps.

They are very good. I have no need to go elsewhere. They're very honest. The company owner is the one who interacts with the clients. They're very quick with response with problems.
