Very happy with my new roof. The crew did a amazing job and cleaned up the slate mess to where there was nothing left. Andrew the project manager was very helpful and understnding with all my concerns. Would highly recommend this company!

I worked with Khalid, Brandon and Tiffany. They were all informative and attentive throughout the project. Khalid did not try to over sale and worked within my budget. Brandon kept me updated and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. And if I had any questions Tiffany was also available to assist. I highly recommend home genius and my roof and gutters look amazing!

Our project manager Brandon was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The roofing crew were AMAZING. They were constantly cleaning up and it made it seem like they were taking care of our property as if it were theirs. Highly recommend!!!!

Quality of work was excellent. When unforseen issues popped up. They were quick to adapt with a reasonable solution. Worked hard to make sure I was happy with the final product. They communicated clearly from beginning to end. Scheduling was a bit inefficient and had to be delayed. Because of either waiting for materials, or a crew to be available. But over all a great contractor to work with.

Home genius talked me through my options and pricing for roof replacement on my house and garage. The pricing was competitive for my local market, I also needed gutters on the garage. The roofing crew was prompt worked efficiently to complete the roof in one day clean the debris and nails while protecting my flowerbeds, which was no small task, the 25 year warranty on product and workmanship was a big selling feature. The gutters were put on about a week later and through the whole process the company kept me informed.

Horrible Experience. My new roof is still leaking. I just had this roof installed 7/30/2024 and waiting for their repair person to come-out again and fix. Meanwhile it is raining and destroying my newly renovated living room.

Everything went great. The crew showed up after I had left for work and by the time I got home everything was done, cleaned up, and looking great!

Minor issues first. Left cigarette butts all over my yard and driveway and used bathroom behind my garage! Then when I go to sign loan it was not the percentage, length and amount initially shown to me by salesman!! The old switch after work has started. Was given 8.99% then they changed it to 12.99% not minor change!! Was for 15 years at @$130/month and changed to 20 years at @$144/month. If I go full length of loan paying triple cost!! Still waiting to see if quality good. Would NEVER recommend, even if quality excellent, just for deceptive loan practices!
