 + -1 moreDave Kohl has done a lot of handyman work for my son who lives in Hudson, and he's always been very satisfied. When I recently needed a new hot water tank I gave him a call. He did the work very promptly and he knew what he was doing. His pricing was right in line with what I expected. I would definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreI own property in Hudson, OH but live out of state. I found David on Angies List and he has been very helpful. I once ordered some heating elements from Costco and he offered to have them delivered to his house. He does not use email as far as I know, but is very prompt answering and returning calls.
Description of Work: I have used him for many odds and ends. One time he had to make a small retail space presentable: the ceiling was falling apart, it needed some paint and other small details that he took care of in a timely manner. He has also helped us with gutter work and some external repairs.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. He was prompt, efficient and he knew what he was doing. A very positive experience.
Description of Work: Dave repaired a rotten section of wood on the bottom of the frame on my sliding glass door. He also installed new Azek molding on the door.

Description of Work: David built us a knee wall to replace a missing balustrade at the top of our stairs. He also installed five new doors with new hardware.

 + 2 moreAlways reliable. He is here fixing fixing our fence right now...dogs have started to escape by digging under it. This is just the latest time we have had need to use him for tasks which I don't know how to do, or don't have the time to accomplish. We have employed him many times in the last several years. He's a family man, and is the 3rd generation of his family to do this work. They have all lived here in Hudson.
Description of Work: David has done a multitude of projects around the house for us; often carpentry, electrical or plumbing type odd jobs. He is available, reliable, and his fees are fair. We have used him frequently over the last several years, and I highly recommend him.
