Description of Work: He came out and measured. We went to his store. He was supposed to get back to us with an estimate. He never did. We waited and waited and now must go thru this process again with someone else. He was a nice man but he wasted our valuable time.

+ -1 moreThey are a small business that has a showroom and very good about working with us, I like that. I was at work so I didn't know for sure about the workers, they were done in the day. They were real responsive and are more than willing to spend quite some time with us, which isnt the case with other places, which is their foucs.

+ -1 moreWe were having difficulty deciding on what would be best for the family room and Callahan's sent their interior decorator to our house with many samples to choose from. We removed the old carpet and pad ourselves to save money. Once we had decided on a carpet, the layers arrived on time, installed the pad and carpeting in a day and cleaned up nicely. The carpet has held well.
Description of Work: We purchased wall to wall carpeting for our family room.

We had this installed before our kitchen cabinets were installed and it held up beautifully to other contractors working in the kitchen. The Callahan's sales rep wasn't very responsive early one. I don't know what happened but shortly thereafter we dealt with the owner and things were fine after that.
Description of Work: We had Marmoleum linoleum installed in our kitchen.

+ -1 moreLarry Callahan was wonderful to work with. I wanted to replace the original carpeting in an upstairs bedroom that is now used only for guests. He advised me to stay with an inexpensive but yet serviceable and quality carpet. The installers were very polite and efficient, taking only an hour to remove the old carpeting and installing the new. They were also very neat. I would definitely do business with this company again.
