+ -1 moreThe work wasn't started in a timely fashion. The work was sub-par and the rain washed away the filler that was placed between the finished concrete curb and the street. Gaps from the washed away section were from 4" to 12" wide. I called and was told I'd have to pay to have it fixed. The owner reconsidered and fixed it at his cost.
Description of Work: Concrete curbs along the outside of property.

+ 0 moreOur sidewalk looks okay. He's a nice guy. We had to fix our sidewalk. The city came around and marked sidewalks that needed to be fixed. We got a flyer in our door from him and decided to go with him. He's a hard worker. The only complaint that I have is that he was really busy and didn't let us know when he would be able to do ours. He did come by and leave a flyer in the door the day before he was going to do it, but it would have been nice if we would've given like a day and time instead of just the day before. His price was lower than a lot of the other people.
Description of Work: He just redid our sidewalk.
